Pisa Trip

The appartement is really near the mascagni terrasse and the Port. A really nice location for sunset. The bedrooms had a good size and the beds where OK. During the night it was really quiet althought the Appartement is in an block of flats.

The kitchen was not really clean, the oven was disgusting. The carpet in the living room could bei cleaned sometimes

The owner is available all the time this is a good think

No 3ml of shower gel or shampoo. No breakfast and all house is armoured like a bunker. but 50€ to clean the house after only 1 night sleep is too much.

Soggiorno nell'insieme piacevole ed esperienza da ripetere

La posizione e l'estrema comodità del parcheggio nel cortile interno. Il silenzio e la tranquillità del riposo.

La poca cura nei dettagli della casa (mobili, infissi esterni) e la poca cura nella pulizia. In particolare, anche se nel complesso pulita per le zone principali (vedi bagno), alcuni aspetti molto trascurati (polvere mobili ,infissi ed inferiate).

Wundervolle Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Hafen Livorno

Wir waren nur zur Durchreise dort, aber haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der engagierte Gastgeber – man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wichtig ist. Direkt vor der Wohnung gibt es einen abgesicherten Parkplatz, das Meer ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, und auch der Hafen bzw. die Fähre ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem ist der nächste Bäcker direkt am Meer nicht weit entfernt. Zwar gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber Ventilatoren sowie geschlossene Fensterläden sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Posteggio di fronte a casa

La peggiore casa che abbia mai trovato su Booking. Non c’è aria condizionata, solo dei piccoli ventilatori da tavolo pieni di polvere, non ci sono zanzariere, la notte se chiudi le finestre si muore di caldo e se le lasci aperte sei divorato dagli insetti. Sporchissima ovunque, sotto al divano c’erano quintali di polvere e pezzi di vetro, non basta lavare un pavimento per rendere pulita una casa. I due letti singoli a vecchie molle veramente scomodi come i materassi, sembrava di dormire su un’amaca, i ragazzi hanno preferito dormire per terra. Mobili vecchi ormai consumati dagli anni. La macchina del caffè a cialde come da foto dell’annuncio… inesistente. Me ne sarei andato via subito se non avessi già pagato, purtroppo. Un’esperienza irripetibile! Adesso capisco quando qualcuno devasta le case affittate ma per fortuna di Michele io non sono quel tipo di persona. A mai più rivederci.

Optimal von dern Fähre kommend, sehr zuvor kommender Vermieter, tolle Kneipe in der Straße.

Der Vermieter hat uns spät Abends auf der Straße wartend empfangen - nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit auf der Fähre ein sehr schönes Erlebnis in der einbrechenden Nacht. Unsere 2x Motorräder standen direkt vor der Türe zur Unterkunft, im abgeschlossenen Hof Gelände - super!

mein Bett war mir zu weich - Einrichtungen mit Charme des älteren - sauber war alles!

Posizione davvero comoda, nei pressi dell'accademia navale, molto vicino al lungomare , il che ci ha permesso di uscire a piedi per la cena e per una piacevole passeggiata. Proprietario di casa molto gentile, ci ha dato delle ottime dritte. Parcheggio privato, importantissimo in questa zona in cui è praticamente impossibile parcheggiare
