[Private Parking] Loft di Design in pieno Centro

Casa bella, grande, accessoriata, ben sistemata, ma soprattutto pulita, a buon prezzo e cosa rilevante, il posto auto in pieno centro che a Livorno è una chimera. Proprietario molto disponibile, ma soprattutto molto esaustivo nella spiegazione dei vari passaggi dall'apertura del locker, al parcheggio e all'entrata dell'appartamento, con tanto di video illustrativo, insomma ottima comunicazione. Meglio di così, non si pole, consigliatissimo

Ruhige Lage direkt am historischen Viertel Venezia Nuova mit eigenem PKW-Stellplatz. Sehr geräumig als Maisonette im Loft mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, die wir auch intensiv genutzt haben. Der Kontakt zu Elia war sehr freundlich und mit exzellenter Anleitung für das Check-in und -out. Elia spricht einige wirklich tolle Empfehlungen aus z.B. Supermärkte, Badeplätze, Ausflugsziele, Restaurants etc. aus. So gut wie Elia hat uns noch kein Gastgeber empfangen. Wir haben das Appartement mit unserer Familie sehr zu schätzen gewußt.

Recht hellhörig in Bezug auf die Nachbarn. Aber an die Ruhezeiten im Haus von 22 bis 8 Uhr wird sich gut gehalten. Bei offenen Fenstern sind die Möwen doch ziemlich laut. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist quietschend und wackelig, die Matratze für unser Empfinden zu weich.

Such a fantastic stay! Elia is a wonderful host — his instructions and tips were clear, helpful, and reassuring from the start. The apartment is bright, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. It stays cool and cozy when needed, with perfect shading and a relaxed vibe throughout. We stayed for two weeks with our 5-month-old baby and felt completely at ease — the flat is spacious and accessible enough to accommodate even our large Thule stroller, and Elia had a baby cot ready for us. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking with all the amazing local ingredients just steps away. The location is great too: the historic fortress is directly across the street, and you’re only minutes from the old center, the main promenade to the sea, and surrounded by bakeries, cafés, and a fantastic Conad City right in the building. It’s a longer stroll to Terrazza Mascagni, but well worth it — especially with all the lovely stops along the way.

L appartement était super très moderne, avec tous les équipements! Deux salles de bain dont une avec baignoire! 2 télé avec netflix! Un étage avec une salle de sport ou détente! Et une terrasse!!!! Appartement très propre et quartier calme. Une place de parking privé! Un supermarché au coin de la rue. Proche des restaurants et boutiques! Rien à dire a part que c’était super!! Notre hôte très accueillant et avec plein de conseils pour les lieux à visiter les restaurants les magasins! Merci encore
