L'emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique et parcourir les différents lieux à voir. Proximité de nombreux restaurants. L'appartement est très bien, idéal pour un couple, bien agencé et fonctionnel .

Rien à redire

The location is fantastic, 1 minute from Calle Mayor and 4 mins from the Royal Palace. Despite being so central, it is on a quiet street so no night-time disturbance at all, on the 2nd floor (with a lift) with juliet balconies from the lounge and bedroom. The apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen area is bigger than it seems in the photos with adequate facilities for preparing meals. We were mindful of the reviews so did not linger in the shower, and we had no problems at all (there were 2 of us).

*** IMPORTANT: you need a key to get into the building. The key code they tell you about is for the apartment door. Someone has to meet you at an agreed time so you can gain access to the building. They only give you 1 key to the main door *** We did not like the communication with Charming, charming it was not. We tried to find out if there was a physical key as, if so, we needed 2. They did not reply until after we paid the 300 euro deposit., and they told us that there was a key code - no mention of a physical key and the necessity to meet someone. Also, the key code was not released at 3pm, not till 6pm. When we asked for a 2nd key we were told there was only 1. There appears to be 2 companies you deal with, and they do not talk to each other. Had it not been for the communication and key issues, we would have rated this apartment 10. It has many positives.

C est une location qui est extrêmement bien placée au cœur du quartier Latina pour les visites culturelles et aussi tout Madrid à pieds !!!

L appartement est très agréable , très bien insonorisé à part quelques petites choses à réparer tout est parfait

Жуткий менеджмент! Я попросила прислать мне платежные ссылки заранее и всю информацию о заселении. Выпрашивала 2 дня. Прислали. Я все оплатила. Но код от двери не приходит, приложение для дверей не скачивается. Я им отправляю чек за 2 суток, прошу все проверить. Они говорят - ждите, все получите за сутки. Прилетаю, ничего нет. Они опять - ждите, в 15:00 код придет. А я вижу, что что то не так. В 15:00 стою у двери, 30 часов без сна на жаре с ребенком. Кода нет. Звоню. Менеджер невозмутимым голосом мне говорит, а вы депозит не оплатили. Я присылала чек 2 дня назад. Она говорит, ничего не знаю, денег нет. Сидите под дверью, ждите. Потом через 10 минут, ой я не туда посмотрела. Прислала код, не открывается. Открыла в ручную. Даже не извинилась. Дальше - я оплатила позднее выселение. Дверь с 11:00 утра не открывается. Внутри ребенок. Короче, это ужас
