The apartment was clean and in an amazing location. The bedrooms were comfortable, and it included a stovetop, washing machine, and refrigerator. When we needed help using the digital key, we called the help line and received help immediately. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice.
When we arrived, we followed the instructions online to open the doors with the digital key but it did not work. We were unable to figure it out despite the instructions being clear, so we called the help line and they helped us immediately. Throughout our stay, we tried to use the digital key for the apartment door many times but only the physical key worked. This may have been because of user error, but with the digital key system there is a lot of room for user error, especially if you are very tired from travel. The digital key also will not work if your phone service is unreliable.

Location was good.
A fourth floor without elevator, my in-laws are older would have been better if I could see that in the offer on booking.com
