It was clean

The site isn’t finished. The indoor swimming isn’t open during the day and the outdoor pool is freezing There is no bike hire for children below 16 years of age as they’re large electric bikes and no bike hire in surrounding Oirschot. There is no shop on site, just a vending machine selling cans of coke and Fanta, the staff insist this is a shop. The staff are rude and not available for 21 hours of the day. They are only contactable in person 2pm till 5pm and have absolutely no interest in helping any one. We tried to approach the office at 10am one morning and got told to go away. I know that sounds unbelievable but it was disgusting the way we were treated. Avoid at all costs. We’re currently going through booking.com to ensure others don’t experience this place. And awaiting our €150 deposit back.

One of the best trips we have been on as a family

The only fault was there was no irons provided to iron clothes but that wasn’t an issue really , it’s the only slight thing they can improve.

Was a good stay just bring extra amenities.

Very modern place, comfortable, bike hire was good, felt safe

Not a lot of amenities, no toilet paper, no bowls, lights turn off at random times, no hair dryer, shower didn’t drain could only have a 2 minute shower before the bathroom flooded, have to pay extra to use the facilities

The toilet was exacly close to your bed, and the feeling was not so good.

The environment and the surrounding green area were good.

Stupid floor plan. The toilet and shower cabin were inside the tiny bedroom without any wall or door separation, in addition to being unpleasantly smelly. So none of the family members can use the toilet or the bathroom. We had to move all the beds to its tiny dining room.

Poor, main attraction for kids was the pool and this was not accessible on a Saturday.

New lodges were beautiful

Old properties were tired. We had 2 new and 2 old lodges. Did not see one member of staff throughout my stay Some paths were horrible to walk on especially with luggage

De faciliteiten die beschikbaar waren. De bank in het tiny house zat niet goed. Het toilet dat in de slaapkamer zit zonder een afscheiding.

Een prachtige plek midden in de natuur! Ik wou dat ik zo'n huis had!

Het was echt een prachtig weekend! Het huisje is prachtig, op een prachtige locatie midden in de natuur! Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! veel attracties voor kinderen, speeltuinen op elke hoek, een sportveld en grote vissen die in de vijver zwemmen! top! De enige uitzondering was het binnenzwembad, dat op zaterdag gesloten was, maar dat was geen probleem, want het was mijn verjaardag en we hadden genoeg te doen in het huisje! We komen zeker terug!

Gesloten zwembad de hele zaterdag, in de herfst en winter kan dit ontbreken.

superbe sérjour :)

Super chouette petite maison pour passer des vacances en couple. L'endroit était calme et assez vert! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine intérieure et extérieure également. Le personnel super disponible!

La douche et les toilettes dans la chambre, cela aurait été plus sympa dans une pièce apart. Sinon rien a redire!

Bloß nicht!

Leider gar nichts! Wir können nur sagen Finger weg

Unsere gebuchte Unterkunft war um die Hälfte kleiner als bei der Buchung angegeben. Die Bilder in den Buchungen sind zwar original aber nur zum Vorteil geschossen und zeigen nicht die Missstände! Abgesehen davon das die Unterkunft deutlich kleiner war und sich das Badezimmer einfach im Schöafzimmer befindet wird auch mit keiner Silbe erwähnt das der Park zu 85% eine Baustelle ist. Ein Großteil der Unterkünfte ist nur über sehr unbefestigte Wege zu erreichen an denen an den Wegrändern, Müll, Arbeitsmaterial und Container rum stehen. Die Rezeption ist nur selten besetzt. Das morgens bereits um kurz vor 8 hinter der Unterkunft lautstarke Bauarbeiten stattfinden wird auch nicht erwähnt. Gebucht haben wir 6 Nächte! Bereits nach 2 sind wir abgereist, da dies definitiv keine Erholung war. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption war dies okay und wir würden die restlichen Tage erstattet bekommen. Erst nach mehrfachen Emails kam eine Antwort und eine Rückerstattung von sage und Schreibe 19,80€!!!!. Warten wir ab wann der Rest nun kommt oder ob der Anwalt ran muss

De locatie was mooi. Vanaf de buitenkant zag de accommodatie er leuk uit.

De accommodatie voldeed van binnen niet aan de verwachtingen qua comfort. * De toiletdeur was defect, waardoor deze niet goed sloot en niet op slot kon. * Zowel de vaatwasser als het koffiezetapparaat functioneerden niet naar behoren. * Daarnaast was er slechts één kledingkast beschikbaar voor vijf personen,

Ontzettend mooi huis aan de rand van het park, met beschutte tuin en veel privacy.

De slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping heeft enkel schuine wanden. Voor grote volwassenen niet echt comfortabel. Bovendien open met de hal. Je slaapt op de vide. Maar verder een super huis

Het huisje was heel schoon, dat was fijn

De kookplaat in ons huisje was kapot en deed het niet. Daarom moesten wij twee dagen uiteten.

Twee weken tot rust komen, met toch wat onnodig gedoe.

Goed bed, goede douche.

Schoonmaak. (Bijv. Salontafel niet schoon. Spinnenrag boven de keuken. La van ladekast was/kon niet dicht, omdat er nog tasjes in lagen van vorige gasten.) Afvoer stinkt van wastafel, daardoor het hele vertrek. Wordt verbloemd door heftige geurstekker. Vlekken in alle handdoeken. Haren in beddengoed. Voor twee weken, 1 keukenhanddoek, 1 theedoek. Je krijgt vaatwastablet, maar geen vaatwasser aanwezig. Receptie zeer beperkt open en niet erg vriendelijk. Stofzuiger was te goor om mee stof te zuigen. Na klacht daarover, slecht opgelost. Doekje erlangs geveegd, maar nog vol viezigheid. Geluidsoverlast van vliegbasis. Zwembad is inclusief, maar onduidelijk hoe te bereiken en openingstijden heel onhandig. (Helaas geen gebruik van gemaakt)

Fijne park die veel belooft als de werkzaamheden afgesloten zijn.

Prima huisje voor een kort verblijf met weinig bagage. Leuk weekend gehad, de kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt op het speeltuintje.

Smalle bedden, uitleg over het werken van de kookplaat was fijn geweest. Even gefriemeld met het deurslot, er was niemand meer om te vragen toen wij kwamen.

Mooie, nieuwe huisjes met gezellige en complete inrichting

Met name het hele incheckproces. Veel mails en onnodig hoge borg etc. Het zwembad was dicht op zaterdag en de receptie het hele weekend.
