Great stay with the family

The location was excellent. There was loads to do with the children. The swimming pools were great. We loved the farm, safari cars and bikes, the arcade etc. The kitchen was equipped, which was helpful. There was enough parking which was convenient. The bracelets were a great idea, not having to look for keys and able to use them to get into the aqua mundo and lockers.

The bungalows could be much cleaner. On arrival, I had to wipe down bed headboards, shelving, table and all were filthy. The bathroom and kitchen didn't seem to be any better. Whilst I understand there are many bungalows, it doesn't seem that the cleanliness is up to scratch. The rooms were much smaller than expected. Not idea if you have small children.

Really liked the fact that our cottage was rounded by nature. It was calming and relaxing. Beds were comfy and everything was working just fine. I haven't used any of the amenities (as lasertag,pool and so on) but it offers several activities. Two (of three) bedrooms were too small, but this is what was expected.

The cottage was not very clean - we found dust, sand and dead insects on the floor). It is asken to park in the nearest parking lot, but all close ones were full all the time. Together with duvets, they could provide a bath rug - our bathroom was wet all the time.

The Privacy

Had no Lights in Lounge and bedrooms, No TV (someone had cut power cord!!!-Which must have tripped the lights and Ca;ifont!!) and No heat or hot water!!!! BUT. A quick response after sending text to Whats App. And lights and TV fixed. We turned the Heating system and Temperature on in Shed outside as we did not need at the start!!!!

Never been to a center parks before, would defiantly go again.

Great location for an event we where visiting, would be great for families not over developed plenty of nature on the park. Plenty of dogs on site. We didn’t use many of the amenities as not the primary reason for the stay.

Food choice in restaurants wasn’t great, quite confusing trying to book a reservation Didn’t find the shop for 2 days, but wasnt looking for it. Plenty of food choices from the shop if your happy to do a bit of self catering.

Privacy and location as against Kronenberg.

Their unwillingness and failure to provide an invoice! The only place I have been through booking.com or otherwise in almost every country in Europe which does not give an invoice for the money they have received as payment. The staff at the reception desk can provide only a booking confirmation and have never heard of an invoice.

I liked the swimming pool. My daughter was happy about that.

House was not renovated for years. Quality of facilities inside the house was poor. You could hear water running all over the place during the night, it wakes You up several times in the night. Quality of the roads around the house was so-so. Difficult to use skates as one of the possible attractions in the winter time.

Peaceful and quiet. Bungalows are ideal during this time for doing your own thing. They are well equipped for self catering. Ability to order BBQ pack a really good service and delivered to the door. Restaurants on site are Good as well. Friendly and attentive staff.

Last weekend, we were there with family. The house was clean and cozy.

At the beginning it was not so easy to find our cottage. The ways were narrow. The area around was not a Wow. But around the lake was nice. It was pitty that we couldn't enjoy the facilities. It was a beautiful swimming pool there, but because of corona we couldn't swim. The last night we tried fries and snacks there, but it wasn't good.

Een fijn verblijf met zijn tweetjes of met het hele gezin/ hele familie.

Het is een fijne locatie voor een wandeling of voor fietsen in de natuur. (En blijkbaar voor het concert van Rowen Hèze ;-)).Schadijkse bossen liggen naast en tegenover het park, Maria Peel op fietsafstand en een ijsje bij Hoeve Willem 3 in Helenaveen is zeer aan te raden. Je kunt het park makkelijk op en af en je huisje in en uit met een horlogebandje (tag), die je ook gebruikt om het zwembad in te komen. Deze lever je in bij de slagboom wanneer je weggaat. Je hoeft dus niet eerst langs de receptie om je af te melden. Het park zelf biedt volop activiteiten. De meeste activiteiten zijn geschikt om te doen bij droog weer, maar je kunt ook bowlen, zwemmen, de winkeltjes bezoeken of dieren bekijken op de kinderboerderij of in de Dome. En in het park zijn er vele soorten vogels te beluisteren en te zien en ook een enkele eekhoorn. Honden zijn toegestaan op het park. De huisjes staan veelal los van elkaar of zijn maximaal met 2 geschakeld, wat veel privacy geeft. Parkeerplaatsjes mooi weggewerkt in het park en dus altijd op korte loopafstand van het huisje. Eventuele problemen kunnen bij de receptie of telefonisch doorgegeven worden en zijn snel opgelost. En als het niet dringend is, meld je ze op het evaluatieformulier dat in het huisje ligt. Bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst en zelfs keuken- en handdoeken waren aanwezig, ondanks dat we deze pakketten niet besteld hadden. Ook een schoonmaaksetje in de keuken en een douchesetje in de badkamer waren aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten van de rust en de ruimte.

Als we dan wat op moeten merken: De raampjes in de badkamer en toilet zitten erg hoog, waardoor ze niet te bedienen zijn en je snel ongedierte in het huisje hebt. Een horretje voor deze ramen zou een optie kunnen zijn. Wel fijn dat er raampjes zitten ter ventilatie, want er is geen huisafzuiging. Dat de douche in het bad zit, is onhandig, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Alle kookbenodigdheden zijn in het huisje aanwezig. Er is ook een magnetron aanwezig, maar helaas geen combi, dus er is geen ovenfunctie. We hebben daarom een keer (dure) pizza besteld op het park, maar dat vinden we echt geen aanrader. Even met de auto naar het plaatsje Horst rijden is dan een betere optie. Dat is ook het dichtstbijzijnde dorp met verschillende supermarkten (op 20 minuutjes afstand met de fiets), maar er is ook een supermarkt op het park. Je bent dan wel duurder uit.

Bei sonnigem, schönem Wetter mit kleinen Kindern sehr gerne

Die Lage und das Gelände waren sehr gut. Wir reisen mit Hund und das war dort sehr angenehm. Viele Laufwege, gut ausgebaut.

Insgesamt ist der park eher für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet. Die sauna war geschlossen, was ich persönlich sehr schade fand. Das spaßbad ist recht klein und ich kenne in Belgien den Center park de vossemeren, das ist ein riesiges Angebot, auch für Erwachsene interessant.
