It was clean and spacious.. lovely outside area with table and chairs. Aircon could have been stronger but it was quite hot

Nice holiday park, good for families with kids.

Nice holiday park, the cottage was very modern and clean. Had almost everything you needed for a family stay. The amenities of the holiday parc are nice, they have a little beach with a small "lake" which was fun for the kids. They also had an indoor pool that was great when it was raining, so the kids could burn off some energy.

We found that at times the staff didn't know much about what was happening with the activities, which would have been ok if the link to the activities they had online was keep up to date, which was not the case when we went. Other than that I think is a great place to go.

A hidden gem with a lot of potential

The beach was incredible and a great place to relax during the very hot weather. The kids club staff were excellent and put a lot of effort into making it really enjoyable for our children. The site is not too big and therefore wasn’t packed. Its location on the edge of the forest meant there was a lot to do. There are excellent cycling routes in the forest. The cube was quite spacious and was excellent value for money.

The restaurant was a little on the expensive side but was comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. The accommodation was generally clean but more care could have been taken into making it spotless e.g. quite a bit of dust, weeds on patio, grass not cut.

Depending on the chalet the privacy is really good. And some even have a surrounding fence for a dog

Not a great experience!

The apartment was spacious. The Sorrounding was serene

The apartment had absolutely nothing, no toileteries, no additional amenities like iron box or board, towels for the price. Its quite interior from the city and they have a time limit to enter the premises by car. After 11pm, the car cannot ve taken inside or near your apartment. We had to literrally carry stuff by hand. The old blankets were just thrownaway near the main door when we opened, it was never cleared till we vacated the place. For the price that we paid, I would havr expected a bit more with additional amenities.

Lovely staff, very safe environment, kids club entertainers were great. swimming pool small but water was warm

There was no kids evening entertainment when we were there at Easter time. Mobile home was very dusty, we had to clean it before using.

Nice stay if you like quiet and nature

The houses look modern with large windows in seating area, parking your car convenient at the house. There is a great nature around for hiking or biking. For kids there is a small pool and nature lake with a beach. The restaurant is good, with good options for kids as it is Italian oriented. Overall a nice short stay.

The bedlinnen was not ready on arrival, it was delivered after 18.00 PM, this could be or should be earlier. Also we made mistake with ordering towels, probably our mistake. Of course we are in nature, but there were quite many spiders in all corners of the house.

I am not satisfied with the service of this resort.

Nice environment, but the interior hygiene is average, and the floor rattles when you walk, which affects your partner's rest. Most important is, they don't give you an invoice when you leave and told me to ask booking.com for it, which is not in accordance with the law!

Mooie omgeving, maar alles verouderd en smerig

Ligging is prachtig

We hadden 4 nachten in een Tiny house geslapen, dit was wel okay, we wilde 1 nacht bijboeken maar dat ging niet, we konden wel ander duurder huisje krijgen maar dat was minimaal voor 2 . Alleen moesten we 11 uur uit Tiny house en pas na 13.00 konden we in nieuw huisje, sta je dan met 2 honden paar uur lang bij -2 graden… viel niks te regelen. Huisjes zijn wat verouderd, en bij laatste huisje niet eens een rekje of iets in de douche om de zeep of zo op te zetten, smerige geleidingen van douche deur, vieze afdrukken van smerige kinderhandjes op tv en tuindeur….. en in laatste huisje, als je op bed ging liggen hoorde je de veren van de matras plong pling plang…. En het lag vreselijk, wat een afgeschreven verouderde matras. En voor alles moet je betalen, handdoeken? Betalen en wat krijg je dan, 2 zielige handdoeken, niet een kleine handdoek, badmatje, afdrooghandoek….niks…. Bed opgemaakt hebben, betalen…..

Het huisje was prachtig. Lekker groot, alles wat nodig heb zit in het huisje

Helaas viel de verwarming elke keer uit. En dit moesten we handmatig elke keer aan zetten.

Nooit meer verschrikkelijk

Niks

Alles viel tegen, park is ontzettend saai, je kan met je auto ook niet makkelijk. In en eruit heel gedoe ze weigeren je ook na 23u. Voor alles moet je een code hebben, geen receptie aanwezig, nemen de telefoon niet op als je belt. Verschrikkelijk dus. Eerste kerst kon je niet eens op het park eten zat al. Vol veel mensen van buitenaf! Zwembad is niks aan niet eens de moeite voor genomen water was ook niet echt lekker warm had even gevoeld. In die zes dagen geen ene activiteit terwijl het kerst was. Super saai.

Mooie locatie, goede ligging met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Locatie in natuur met rust en dichtbij levendigheid in stad Venlo is ideale combi. Het park is mooi.

Regeling warmte/isolatie huisje, verwarming in badkamer. Inboedel keuken (ovenschaal, spatel en afdruiprek afwas). Openingstijden keuken van restaurant om (voor) 20 uur dicht.

Auf dem Platz wenig Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das Schwimmbad ist klein und war viel zu aufgeheizt, mehr wie eine Sauna. Haben leider nicht lange dort bleiben können.
