I like the place

I did not like that its not air conditioned, not clean, too much insects and spiders made us leave the facility from day 1 and the person in charge did not solve our problem not refund the money for the next 4 nights!! Its way below my expectations!

Our stay was good overall

We had a great time, accommodation was clean and perfectly acceptable, but this is quite a basic. Many facilities closed due to corona but the basic swimming pools still opened and fun for our children. You are not allowed to drive into the accommodation even under bad weather, but no problem for us. Our children having fun walks and bikes. We just had a small problem at the reception counter to check-in. We need to wait for almost an hour for our key only to be told the house is not ready, but later we were informed that we had been upgraded to a bigger house because there’s a problem with our previous house. The staff are friendly and good customer services. Overall we are happy!

Had problem to book swimming pool slot tru mobile apps, end up i need to go to the reception counter to book manually.

Shopping centre in a fake forest

(Don't forget to read the negative part!) The houses are well designed, you have a dedicated piece of grass on the back with a natural view. We saw some rabbits and a deer. The swimming pool was good for kids (I wouldn't go there without them though). Good pressure in pipes with some hot water in the house.

The place is designed around a shopping centre, where you're supposed to spend money every day. Sense of fakeness stayed with me for the whole stay. Restaurants are below average, I got a piece of plastic in kids ice cream. Also they tried to sell me bottled water when I asked for some tap water. No good coffee on the territory. Pedal boats are rusty and make a lot of scream when they move. It's definitely the place to go if you want to feel inside of a Matrix.

De verwarming deed het niet, gelukkiger kon de beveiliger helpen, want ‘s avonds is er geen technische dienst aanwezig. De beveiliger kwam 2 uur na de melding. Top zou zijn als er op aankomstdagen iemand aanwezig is vanuit de technische dienst.
