Absolutely fabulous, enjoyed every minute!

We had a fabulous stay, this was our 6th stay and it’s always great fun. We ate at a different restaurant each evening, Nonna’s was the favourite. Our accommodation was great, everything we could possibly need so we were very comfortable.

My only negative was that they needed more double rings on the latest aqua slide! A minor matter but would have made the queue flow more freely.

Lovely setting in the forest.

No air con and no fly screen (lots of mosquitoes) so had to go out and buy fans due to summer heat. ALSO - avoid booking this via booking.com - not booking directly via the ceneter parcs website caused problems - I could book bikes etc in advance as I booked via a third party.

Peaceful vacation park with a relaxing atmosphere

The atmosphere was good. People seemed to be behaving themselves. The staff at the park itself was very kind. I was able to have a couple days of peace in a calm and peaceful place, so that was great.

It took us a half hour to figure out how to get into the water part. There is only one way in and one way out and you literally MUST walk through a changing room to get to the pool. There is really not enough explanation about this, that you have to walk through an entire food court to get to the water part. There is no personnel by the entry of the water park to explain any of this. It was also not clear about the rules. There are rules, but which ones are enforced? They say you cannot bring food into the water park, but everyone does it. It's confusing. The first day we didn't bring our own food and then when we started bringing our own food, we were always worried that we might get fussed at for having our own food. Also, the first evening there was no internet in the cottage. The only number I could find was the central help line for Center Parcs and the regular recorded message came on saying that someone will help me and we will be recorded for quality control, but then after 10 minutes waiting a lady came on and I told her my question and she snapped at me that I need to call the actual park I'm at and that they are actually closed and she hung up on me. I called the "storing" number on the door of the cottage, but there was no answer after calling twice. The next morning internet was working, so that was finally sorted. Days later I discovered the number for the central desk was at the bottom of the paper map we received, but nowhere in the cottage was there a sign with the number for the central desk. A few forms and signs were in the cottage for feedback and surveys, but no central desk number. The speed limit of 15km is not enforced. The thermostat in the cottage says "ICY" with a snowflake but there is no airconditioning, from what we could figure out. The handles on the pots were completely loose so my father had to fix them with his own screwdriver he happened to have.

It was noisy with lots of drunk people driving around. Now A/C or screens on the windows, so the night time was uncomfortable.

Great for a fun family stay but don’t expect luxury or it to be the same as uk centeroarcs. More like a Eurocamp.

Park was excellent with lots for children to do. Cottage was in a good location on the park. Really nice view and patio at the back,

The beds were very small and the pillows weren’t good. Also, the kitchen surface was pretty much all taken up with the sink and the hob so pretty much no room at all to prepare food. Shower pressure was poor.

Would highly recommend the park for all it’s facilities and free activities for the kids.

The property was very spacious, modern, had all the amenities to get you through the first day.

I didn’t like that the beds were two singles put together, sleeping with my husband was not very comfortable because of the division and two duvets. The cleanliness was subpar, the were a lot of comb webs and dishes weren’t very clean and the floors were quite dirty.

A good family park for a nice and relaxed retreat.

Two years ago we visited the park, and since then I noticed a lot of improvements: staff has become more "client-friendly", all amenities are available, many new activities. We liked our stay and will come back again. Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed in "Bungalow Deluxe" and enjoyed the electric sauna, jacuzzi bath-tub and grill on the terrace.

We did not find any downsides.

The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had room 893 and the view is f the lake was lovely.

The check in starting at 1600 is late especially as check out is 10:00. Outside furniture was dirty and unclean.

We had a lovely time doing a lot of activities. - the pool and dry skiing were great and the children really enjoyed it.

Quiet location and was clean if basic - range of activities was good and pool and skiing really great - as was the convenience of the electric car charging points -really useful and made our stay super easy

Awful WiFi (rarely worked ) and reception staff weren’t too helpful at times. Ridiculous process and cost to be able to do some clothes washing - there’s no need for it to be so difficult to sort and so expensive

Location, facilities and activities were fantastic - we had the best time! Only feedback would be that we weren't offered bike hire through Booking.com, and the bikes were sold out for a few days during our stay.

Great place with a lot of unused and undeveloped potential. Could be better.

Liked the location - the park is situated near a picturesque lake, inside a forest. Also the bungalow is very comfortable, and you don`t see your neighbors, so you can relax with peace. If you have a bike - bring your own, it will be easier to commute there.

Yes, the territory is huge, and you have to walk some distance to get to all amenities (like Action Factory, lake, pool). There is no SPA or sauna. Electric golf-cars are expensive - 110 EUR (6 person car). All activities need to be booked in advance, and there are not so many slots. Service at the restaurants or bars is not very friendly - we ordered 1 pizza take-away at the Grand Cafe in the main Market Dome building, and waited for 50 minutes - it turned out it was ready in 15 min, and staff just forgot about us! Also, the territory is inhabited by lots of geese, and their feces are all over - in the forest, on the trails, disgusting.

As always great staff, very nice green park. Excellent renovated cottages. Beautiful park. Always coming back , for many years now.

The prices have increased drastically, a bit too much. The location to put your carbage could not be found. I walked left and right but there was no carbage spot. I left the carbage in the cottage. It was just too far.

Peacefulness, no cars

Restaurants were awful: food cooked with no soul in it. Missing some French or Spanish speaking TV channels. Wifi signal was rather poor (unless with a fee), NO phone line to reach the reception: we were waiting for 3 hours to be delivered a set of towels that should have been provided. staff were nowhere to be seen.
