Are you looking for a quiet vacation spot where you can go fishing, boating, and still be just a short trip away from Heringsdorf Beach? Then this vacation rental is just right for you.
It’s the ideal vacation spot for up to 4 people. A 2,000 m² private lot with a lawn for sunbathing and direct lake access for boats awaits you. If you bring your own shallow-draft boat, you’ll find space at the small boat dock lined with reeds. We ask that you contact us in advance regarding this. You also have the option to rent a suitable watercraft.
For anglers, a small fishing boat is included from April through June as well as in September and October (please let us know if you’ll need it!). More information about the fishing boat:

For bike tours on the island, you can rent bikes with a wide variety of features from the local Usedomrad station.
The grounds offer plenty of space for extensive exploration. Art objects scattered throughout and hidden in various spots make the garden a special experience.
If you’re ever looking for a change of pace from this peace and tranquility—in just 12 minutes by car, you’ll be at the fine Baltic Sea beach, right in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the imperial spas.
Would you like to play golf? The apartment is an ideal starting point for that, too. The Balm Golf Course is practically around the corner, about 750 meters away.

The cozy bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds upon request) guarantees restful nights, while in the living room, a comfortable couch is ready to be converted into an extra bed for your children or guests.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen is a true paradise for home cooks! Here you can whip up your favorite dishes and feel right at home.
The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, ensures you’ll wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
For all book lovers, there’s a small home library where you can browse to your heart’s content—and best of all: you’re welcome to take any unfinished books home with you! And to stock up on supplies for a longer stay, a handy 30-liter freezer is at your disposal.
Please note that bed linens, towels, and dish towels are not included in the base price but can easily be added as a linen package per person—so you don’t have to worry about a thing and can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The vacation rental is available only during the warmer months, from early May through early October, so you can experience summer to the fullest.
