About this house rental
The vacation home features a 900-square-meter garden with a beautiful patio for relaxing. Two parking spaces are available at the house.
On the first floor, the Schnepfenhues features a large living room with a dining area and an open-concept kitchen area. The spacious bathroom, complete with a built-in bathtub and shower, is also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds and an additional restroom.
The living room on the first floor is furnished with a new, functional thick-leather sofa set. There, you can enjoy a cozy evening watching TV on the large flat-screen TV. You have access to the owners’ Sky programming, or you can treat your loved ones to a cozy evening in front of the crackling fireplace. The beautiful dining table and chairs complete the picture,
From the living area, you can step out onto the fully furnished patio, which features a table, 4 chairs, and a charcoal swivel grill. The Weber gas grill is not included in the rental
The large, beautiful kitchenette meets all your needs. It is equipped with a large corner sink, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee pod machine. Of course, a full set of kitchenware is also provided. Right next to the kitchenette is the utility room with the washer and dryer.
The full-size bathroom with natural light is also located on the first floor. The large corner bathtub for two people is elegantly recessed into the floor. The shower stall features several spa jets.
The entire sleeping area is located on the upper floor. The smaller bedroom has a slightly narrower double bed, a large dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The large bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser. Of course, there’s a flat-screen TV here as well.
The adjoining balcony has a small table with two chairs.
The additional restroom is located between the bedrooms. The entire property covers approximately 100 square meters. The house has a high-speed 5G internet connection from Vodafone.

Endlich ein Haus, das den Fotos und der Beschreibung entsprach. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die kleineren "Mängel" störten nicht wirklich (Duschknopf, Kaffeemaschine, Wäscheständer). Unterm Strich jedem Menschen mit Ruhebedürfnis sehr zu empfehlen - jedoch nicht zu sehr; denn wir würden gerne wiederkommen und dafür noch freien Buchungszeitraum haben! ;-)

Leider wirkt vieles renovierungsbedürftig / von Laien zusammengeschustert / als gebraucht reingestellt.
Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, in der Padmaschine ein verschimmelte Pad. Bei der Dusche konnten wir nicht herausfinden, wie die normale Brause zugeschalten wird. Die Düsen sind unnütz und auf einer wackeligen Plastewand befestigt. Die Armaturknöpfe hat man direkt in der Hand wenn man sie anfasst. Wir haben die Dusche nicht benutzt, sondern nur die Übergroße Wanne. Das Bad ist generell sehr ungünsig aufgeteilt. Egal.
Dicker Staub leider auf allen Oberflächen außer auf dem Fußboden. Dafür der Dreck der Vorgänger wie benutzte Ohrstöpsel und Staub unter den Betten und der Couch.
Eine im Inserat angegebene Sauna war nicht vorhanden.
Wenn man den Kamin entfacht ist das ganze Haus verraucht. Eine Türdichtung ist nicht mehr vorhanden.
Am Strand ist man mit dem Auto in 15min. Das Wasserschloss ist ein guter Punkt für Essen, Eis, Kuchen und der Wasserspielplatz dort punktet für die Kinder
Für den Preis als reine Miete zu teuer.
Wir sind 2 Tage eher abgereist.
