The village of Mellenthin is located approx. 10 km from the seaside resorts and is known far beyond the borders of the island of Usedom for its moated castle. With its quiet location, Mellenthin is an ideal starting point for biking or hiking tours through the island’s enchanting natural scenery. (Direct bike path from Mellenthin to the seaside resorts.) The village has 4 restaurants and a botanical garden. The golf course and the swimming spots on the Achterwasser and the inland lakes are only 3 km away. Within this radius, you’ll also find access to good fishing spots. Vacation home with 3 vacation apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the 4,000-square-meter property. The owners live in the main house. Barbecue area (covered), large lawn for sunbathing and playing available.
