About this cottage rental
The Nordkap vacation rental, with its maritime charm, is located on the first floor of the thatched-roof house and is ideal for 4 people. It features a living room with a sofa, TV, and dining area; a kitchen with an oven and refrigerator; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180x200) and two single beds (90x200).
The vacation rental includes a private terrace with seating and a parasol.
A gas grill and the sunbathing lawn with lounge chairs are available to all guests.
A washing machine in the outbuilding is available for a fee.
The Kestermann vacation farm on Usedom is located in the heart of the village of Neppermin on the Achterwasser. The farm has been lovingly designed with attention to detail for the guests of the vacation apartment and the farm café. The property features four apartments in the thatched-roof, half-timbered house. Right next door, the farm café—housed in the former barn—invites guests to enjoy homemade cakes and delicious meals. All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The two vacation apartments on the first floor each accommodate 4 people and feature their own terrace. The vacation apartments on the upper floor accommodate 2 or 4 people and have a large seating area in the garden under the walnut tree where guests can relax.
All guests are welcome to share the garden and the grill.
NEW starting in May 2026: A sports area for our guests. Fun for all ages, featuring a goal wall, a professional dartboard, table tennis, and a bocce court. To catch your breath, there’s a seating area under shady chestnut trees.
In the romantic setting of the three-sided courtyard, amidst the lush greenery of the garden, bread is baked once a week in a traditional stone oven.
