About this cottage rental
The Albatros vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the thatched-roof house and is ideal for 4 people. It is designed as an open-concept studio and features a spacious living area with a fireplace and exposed rafters. The maritime and airy atmosphere invites you to unwind and relax. You’ll have access to a living room with an open kitchenette and a dining table. Separated from the living area by a curtain and folding doors are the two sleeping berths: one with a double bed (180x200) and a smaller sleeping berth (90x200). A space-saving staircase leads to another retreat with a loft bed (90x200). The daylight-filled bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The large terrace opening onto the garden, complete with seating areas and a parasol, invites you to linger.
A gas grill and the sunbathing area with lounge chairs are available to all guests.
A washing machine in the outbuilding can be used for a fee.
A small starter kit is available for the fireplace.
The Kestermann vacation farm on Usedom is located in the heart of the village of Neppermin on the Achterwasser. The farm has been lovingly designed with attention to detail for guests of the vacation apartment and the farm café. The property features 4 apartments in the thatched, half-timbered main house. Right next door, the farm café—housed in the former barn—invites guests to enjoy homemade cakes and delicious meals. All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The two vacation apartments on the first floor each accommodate 4 people and feature their own terrace. The vacation apartments on the upper floor accommodate 2 or 4 people, respectively, and have a large seating area in the garden under the walnut tree where guests can relax.
All guests are welcome to use the garden and the grill.
NEW starting in May 2026: A sports area for our guests. Fun for all ages, featuring a goal wall, a professional dartboard, table tennis, and a bocce court. To catch your breath, there’s a seating area under shady chestnut trees.
In the romantic setting of the three-sided courtyard, amidst the lush greenery of the garden, bread is baked once a week in a traditional stone oven. Watching and participating are expressly encouraged and offer a welcome change of pace from swimming, hiking, biking, and golfing in and around the Achterwasser on the
