Comfortable vacation apartment with terrace and fenced property in Mellenthin

You enter the vacation home through the hallway, which has a coat rack. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, is also located here. The living and dining room features kitchen cabinets and a unit with two hot plates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a sink. A coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and radio are also provided. Additionally, this room features a dining table, two couches, two chairs, a TV, and a double bed. The bedroom features another double bed and a wardrobe. The vacation rental includes a private south-facing terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to use the large covered terrace with a grill. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Location: The vacation rental is one of three units in the farm’s former barn. The owner’s residence is also located on the large, green property. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play—including soccer—as well as a clothesline and a cozy, covered barbecue area. Mellenthin is located in the Achterland region of Usedom. The landscape here is characterized by the impressive tranquility and serenity of nature. A short distance away, past thatched-roof fishermen’s and farmhouses, through deep-green forests and flower-filled meadows, all the way to the broad reed beds stretching along the Achterwasser, you’ll experience pure rest and relaxation. Here, you can swim in the Achterwasser at a quiet swimming spot located about 3 km away. You can also go boating, hiking, or biking along field and forest trails from the town of Usedom to the coast, or take a trip to the imperial spas (about 10 km away) and the Baltic Sea beach. Visit the historic church in Mellenthin, the Bicycle Museum, the bison enclosure, or the moated castle—which is famous far beyond the borders of Usedom—all located nearby. The village has several restaurants and a botanical garden. The nearest shopping area is in the town of Usedom, 8 km away.
