Here you can relax in the living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and stereo system, or prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a dining table for four.

You can sleep soundly in the large bedroom with a double bed.

A comfortable and spacious bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet is at your disposal. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating. To keep mosquitoes and other insects out, insect screens are installed on the bedroom and bathroom windows. These windows are also equipped with roller shutters.
