Needs a bit of love and a deep clean and the garden needs some attention! A few bits need refreshing and fixing.

Back garden was overgrown so unusable - would take 30 mins to tidy it up to be a nice addition.

Super place no disappointing surprises and security deposit was returned within 48hours.

Well equipped kitchen immaculately clean. Comfy beds and the garden was a bonus as the sun was shining all day. Felt very safe and secure.

As it’s a town house if you’re on the top floor there’s a few more stairs. But really nothing we didn’t like. Great place and host.

Great location, but would hesitate rebooking given cleanliness of property

Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned upon our arrival. All beds were slept in and towels used. Nothing had been cleaned. Had challenges getting the property owner to answer phone until someone else from the party tried from a different number. It was rectified within a couple of hours, but it was very disappointing. It’s a great location. Gated community is excellent too, but I would hesitate on rebooking given the issues with cleaning and also due to the delay in receiving my security deposit back

Lovely house that keeps giving

The property is located close to where I needed to be and close to local amenities. Also only walking distance to bullring and city centre activities. The host was very polite and treated me well. I would use them again. Received deposit very swiftly.

Great 2 night stay near the city centre!

Great location, comfortable property, easily slept a large group of us and was perfect for what we needed. Host is very easy to contact, and check in and out process is very smooth. Overall a really great stay and we will definitely be looking to stay again if we’re back in Birmingham!

The location was brilliant. The house was spotless, and the host was always readily available for quick responses to any queries. Can't wait to come back.

It would be nice to have some garden furniture. This didn't affect me due to the time of year, but when we come back in the summer, it would be nice to sit in the garden.

Good stay for a weekend

The location was great , the house so very roomy and bright. All facilities were there to be used and it was clean and tidy , overall pretty good. The host was good too and answered questions quickly. So kept informed.

The sitting area - because they are sofa beds they were a bit uncomfortable to sit on , but fine for a weekend so not too bad to be fair. But the only thing I would say I didn’t like as much as the rest .

One night stay for girlie Christmas market trip. Pleasant stay had by all 😊

The house is beautiful, well equipped and spacious. Wi-Fi great aswell. The area is close to town on the bus.

I think it would be wise to tell people about the noise alarm in the lounge (had to google what it actually was coz we didn’t have a clue when it was beeping) it went off twice when we were there although we were doing face masks and just having a giggle at 8pm!!! We then FaceTimed family and it went off again so made the stay a little uncomfortable after that because we were so conscious about it even though it was well within time where noise is allowed and as I say we were doing face masks and secret Santa presents. The tv in the lounge also has no channels so luckily we took a fire stick as we wanted to watch Christmas films but the tv did also keep turning off so may need to be replaced and a free view box added or something because if you went with children they could get bored.
