Modern house in City Centre with private parking and gated property

Great location & excellent value for money! We had a wonderful 5-night stay here and would definitely return! Here are a few highlights from our stay: * Location: Super convenient! It’s only a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre, Bullring, and Chinatown, making it very easy to get around. * Parking & Check-in: Parking was smooth. We were able to unload our luggage right outside the front door first. Following the host’s clear instructions, we found a street parking spot just a 1-minute walk away. * Host: The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. * Amenities: The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. The washing machine, dishwasher, and oven all worked perfectly, which allowed us to comfortably cook a couple of meals during our stay.

The only minor downside was that the shower water pressure/flow was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from an overall great experience.

Would have been nice to have had some tea and coffee provided, but that wasn’t really a big issue for us

Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned upon our arrival. All beds were slept in and towels used. Nothing had been cleaned. Had challenges getting the property owner to answer phone until someone else from the party tried from a different number. It was rectified within a couple of hours, but it was very disappointing. It’s a great location. Gated community is excellent too, but I would hesitate on rebooking given the issues with cleaning and also due to the delay in receiving my security deposit back
