Great location on The Hoe with a beautiful water view. Easy walk to the Barbican with lots of restaurants and shops. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment was fantastic and had everything that we needed during our visit to Plymouth!

The property was really nice and the views were incredible, although the second bedroom was very small and the bed wasn’t really suitable for 2 people but we made do. Other than that everything was great.
We were really disappointed with our arrival. We had agreed an early check in at 2pm, before arriving at the property around 2:40. We were told there would be a dedicated receptionist to help us check in, but when we range the bell no one was there. After a couple of minutes a cleaner opened the door, but was not expecting us at all and told us to wait outside and closed the door. It was raining, and we stood out in the rain for 10-15 mins with all our bags getting soaked. We called the contact numbers multiple times but no one answered and one of the phones was even disconnected. We rang the bell another 10 or so times just trying to get out of the rain when the cleaner eventually opened the door again and called the manager and gave us the phone. We spoke to the manager who apologised and said they were expecting to send us the entry details at 3pm, usual check in time, even though we had agreed a 2pm early check in a few weeks prior. Eventually we got in, and sent a message to the manager expressing our disappointment only to receive a simple apology text 5 hours later blaming the mistake on the manager. Overall very disappointing experience with the staff, although the property was lovely.
