Superb!!

Our whole stay from start to finish was superb! Our host Rana was so kind & welcoming! Everything was explained thoroughly. The apartment was immaculate, warm, and luxurious. We used all the amenities. Definitely deserves the high ratings.

We came fully prepared with my 2 elderly parents...but the shower in the bath was a slight issue...not a negative we just didnt think that through when booking! A few extra bin liners dishwasher tabs and kitchen roll also! No issues we just grabbed them from the shop.

All the different codes to put in the front door then the lift then the actual apartment but that’s what made it feel so secure.

The initial flat offered has some concerns regarding the utility of the duplex component. Also the accessibility to the duplex part was strife with challenges

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish, these are immaculate, spacious, stylish and well serviced apartments in a spectacular location on the hoe. Our hotel manager was amazing helping with private parking and personally posting home a pair of slippers we left behind!

Lovely spot but beware the parking rules

Lovely location. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

There is obviously an ongoing feud around parking. DO NOT park outside the property even if the remote reception staff tell you otherwise. You will get fined. The warden told us this was an ongoing issue and Fox on the Hoe residents have no rights to parking at the front of the property

Bad first impression.

The property was really nice and the views were incredible, although the second bedroom was very small and the bed wasn’t really suitable for 2 people but we made do. Other than that everything was great.

We were really disappointed with our arrival. We had agreed an early check in at 2pm, before arriving at the property around 2:40. We were told there would be a dedicated receptionist to help us check in, but when we range the bell no one was there. After a couple of minutes a cleaner opened the door, but was not expecting us at all and told us to wait outside and closed the door. It was raining, and we stood out in the rain for 10-15 mins with all our bags getting soaked. We called the contact numbers multiple times but no one answered and one of the phones was even disconnected. We rang the bell another 10 or so times just trying to get out of the rain when the cleaner eventually opened the door again and called the manager and gave us the phone. We spoke to the manager who apologised and said they were expecting to send us the entry details at 3pm, usual check in time, even though we had agreed a 2pm early check in a few weeks prior. Eventually we got in, and sent a message to the manager expressing our disappointment only to receive a simple apology text 5 hours later blaming the mistake on the manager. Overall very disappointing experience with the staff, although the property was lovely.

Lovely apartment and will return

The property was clean and had everything you would need was nice and cool being an old building which was great in the recent heatwave.

We had a problem with the parking as I believe they were renovating the current car park so had to park at the front but the manager was very helpful and I believe this is only a short term solution til the car park is finished but was a tad confusing on arrival as didn’t know where to park.

Very warm and friendly welcome. We were able to park outside the property which was such a bonus. Jana (I think?) met us and showed us our apartment and key code entry.

There was a mezzanine bed which was quite difficult to get up to (vertical ladder) so wouldn't recommend small children or anyone with challenging mobility to use this bed space.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment in immaculate condition . Very good WiFi. Lovely views from outside. Good for leisure or business trip . Seamless digital check in and out and entry/ exit to building . Easy to walk to most places . Very quiet

Would have been good to provide a colander and frying pan and basic things like kitchen roll, salt and pepper, sugar . Although tea , coffee, milk and fruit and water were very welcome on arrival , it’s annoying for guests to have to go and buy basics for a short stay .

We’d booked for 5 people and so we’re obviously using the sofa bed, but no bedding was left for it (communication with the concierge remedied this, but it was just as well we hadn’t planned to go out that evening). Despite 3 of us trying we couldn’t get the sofa bed bed frame to lie flat at the foot end, so not the most comfortable of nights! Also, the light sensor in the en-suite bathroom doesn’t reach as far as the shower cubicle, so had to finish my shower in darkness!.

Fabulous location. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Lovely bowl of fruit and fresh milk in the fridge. Perfect after a long journey. Everything looked pristine.
