The flat is very modern and well-equipped. The AC worked really well, the bed was comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed with pots/pans and utensils. The location is great, spitting distance to the Colosseum. There are several small shops and a small super-market nearby, as well as several restaurants.

The location was great. We could see the colosseum when we walked out of the front door. Our room was very clean, beds were super comfy, and the air conditioning was great! I loved having the use of the shared kitchen to do laundry and store things in the fridge. Piercarlo was our host. He was very responsive on WhatsApp and made checkin a breeze. I love that he went the extra mile to provide a list of recommended restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as things to look out for like pick pockets. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Rome.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and this was easily the most spacious and modern room that we stayed in during our entire trip. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy and the various lighting options were a treat! The location also added to its charm with my wife and I enjoying walks around the colosseum (which was 4 mins walk away) every night! The host was exceptional to work with and was very gracious
