The property is renovated inside, clean and bigger than expected. Actually it’s a Guest House, not a Hotel. Its close to Colosseum and walkable distance to Termini.
A room is equipped with AC, but noticed that it’s built on weird side of wall. 🤔 Due so, when is AC on, air is flowing to wrong direction, so barely feel a cold air. Also, need a big sign visible from outside. We had hard time to locate this property, cuz NO sign and No instructions to access to building.

Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were very welcoming! The rooms were sufficiently spacious. The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the subway stop and a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum in the other direction. There are a bunch of restaurants around the area as well! There is also a bus stop right outside that takes you to mostly all the major parts you would need to get to when in Rome. Overall, the room was clean and just what the pictures showed. I would consider staying here again! Thank you for the hospitality!

the location was brilliant.
the bed was really hard, there was only 2 flat pillows on the double bed, marks all on the walls, the shower nozzle had broken so you couldn’t adjust the height.
