The location is excellent. You can see the Colosseum when you step out of the hotel. Easy walking to areas of interest, and also located near the Metro. Place is clean and they offered complimentary food and drinks in the chiller which we appreciate.
There was no towel racks nor hooks to hang our damp towels. We had to drape them over the cupboard door.

The room was nice and clean and had natural light, it had good insulation from the street noise, but for this you have to keep the windows closed
The street was very noisy, much more than we could expect. Luckily, the insulation was good. Also the room was quite small.

The location is literally within walking distance of the Colosseum. When I peaked out my window I could see it down the street. There is also a little market next door in case you need any snacks or food. It is within walking distance to other shopping areas and easy to get around.
There was an issue with having hot water our second night but it was fixed within half an hour or reporting it.
