Neighborhood is relatively quiet. Getting in to the building was easy. Staff was quick to respond to a text or email.
After 25,000 steps in Rome, it was a bit far away. Apartment was in an apartment building. They had taken a large apartment and split it into smaller rooms. Never saw any staff but they came in daily to straighten up. Bedspread was dirty but they replaced it. Bit dirty in the corners near the shower. Lots of dust bunnies under the bed.

The property was in a fantastic location! 10 min walk from the colosseum and around 30 min walk from Trevi fountain. The room was ideal for our stay, we had no complaints. Felt very safe and it was very clean! The staff were also so helpful, I would totally recommend staying here!
