Domus Praeclara Merulana

Отличное месторасположение. До Колизея и Римского форума пешком 15 минут. Недалеко станция метро, супермаркет. Рядом есть небольшие магазинчики с продуктами и сладостями. Простая и понятная система заселения. Приехали поздно, но нам сбросили все инструкции, как попасть в номер. Номер был небольшой, но чистый и уютный. Кухня на этаже, оборудована всей необходимой техникой. Порадовала кофемашина с капсулами кофе и чистой водой для приготовления.

Окна выходили на проезжую часть и при открытом окне было очень шумно. Но если закрыть ставни, то намного лучше. Еще не было понятно куда повесить влажные полотенца, так как полотенцесушитель не работал ( либо у нас не вышло его включить)), и не было каких либо крючков. У нас номер был на двоих, но табурет почему то был один, и второму человеку приходилось устраиваться за столом на низенькой тряпичной кушетке, что было совсем неудобно ((. И да, за 4 дня номер ни разу не убирали.

It was a fantastic location! We were able to walk everywhere—the Colosseum was just a few blocks away. We walked to the Vatican, to Trastevere for a food tour, and into the city center several times. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was perfect. It’s located in a beautiful Italian building that felt like it was straight out of a movie, while the room itself was modern, very clean and updated. I especially loved the motion-sensor lights, and the bathroom and shower were spacious and contemporary. The room was always well-stocked with fresh, clean towels and kept comfortably cool with the AC. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a great host. Giulia was incredibly helpful and responded to any questions right away. If we return to Rome, we would absolutely stay here again! We would give it higher than a ten if that was an option!

Camera pulita , letto comodo, ma corto, posizione buona.

La ringhiera delle scale e ascensore, penso che non lo puliscono dal 1800. Manca acqua nel frigobar, siamo rimasti senza acqua la notte, dato che non c'è nessuno all ingresso Frigobar vuoto. Manca il Bidet..... Niente colazione. Ci sono molte cose da migliorare, dato che la gestione è cinese, non conoscono bene le esigenze di noi Italiani.
