The reality is exactly like in the photos, modern cozy design. The street is quiet so for a busy city as Rome a good place for sleep. Good matress and pillows, wodden shutters. Good follow up via whats up with the company that manages the appartment. The appartment has all the ingredients to be a very good stay if they manage to takle the list bellow.

At our late arrival (22-23) the green room was very cold. I had to sleep with my jumper amd socks on. The electric heater was as noisy as a tractor and would randomly stop. We travel end of December with max 10 C during the day. The temperature in the romm (21 degrees) was ok day and NIGHT only after 2 days. Add to this missing shampoo, soap etc - Quickly corrected with some questionable producs in small plastic sachets. One day we had no hot water for morning showers , we did not found the issue fixed till I wrote again at 23pm. Plus don’t follow the rec for coffe pastry in the area! I could give beteer tips after 5 days stay. Whom ever wrote this dis not bother ( or has very questionable taste not alligned with the good taste the appartment is decorated) At 230 euros/night + turist taxes I would expect more.
