Centric location, Tiziano from staff was really helpful and kind. They even have a kitchenette where they provide free coffee and snacks. Overall great value.

A bit of noise from upstairs neighbors when walking, but nothing too loud.

Clean, bright simple rooms. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived on an early flight. Memory foam beds were very comfortable. Hot showers. Right at a bus stop to the terminal.

The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs when we had questions. The whatsapp communication was efficient and the staff event send us a few restaurant recommendations when we requested it. They also made our made nicely and cleaned our room every night.

A few things made our stay a bit unpleasant. The location is quite a big walk away from the Colosseum and a bit in a random area. Even though the rooms were clean every evening, they sprayed a very strong perfume in them, and the smell made it tough to sleep in. The bed was quite hard, and there was no regular duvet provided—only a thin sheet with a blanket. The lights of the air conditioner and plugs were very strong, making it difficult to sleep as there was no darkness. Additionally, even though the shower warms up, it is more lukewarm than actually warm. I put it on maximum, and it still felt really cold. The shampoo and soaps were provided in these little samples, making showering uncomfortable.
