I had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

In the city like no other a quiet , elegant and peaceful retreat for someone whose priority is Rome as such . An excellent location , friendly neighbourhood in close proximity to the city centre yet blissfully removed from its touristy hustle and bustle nose and commotion - in short :, the best of both worlds . Add to that perfect wi fi , beautiful bathroom and a cozy kitchen and you get the picture of uncomplicated stay .
The only shortcoming is perhaps furniture and curtains on the windows - they could have been more stylish and in keeping with the vibe of the house.

Everything was clean and in good condition. A big thank you to the staff for letting us drop off our luggage before check-in time. I would highly recommend this place.

The place is surprisingly very quiet, it's close to the colosseum. There are many means of transport near the apartment.
It's a large apartment with different rooms, so you're not alone.
The Deluxe room had its own bathroom, but it is so small that 1 person barely fit in the shower. When you open the water, there is a constant noise of the water pump like 3 seconds apart, and it is very loud.
The AC was never cleaned.
