The bed was comfortable and good for sleeping.
Communication was poor with delayed replies and no advance check-in instructions. Check-in was delayed because the room was still being cleaned, and contact numbers were inconsistent between Booking and WhatsApp. The kitchen was not very clean, the table was sticky, and there was only one toilet tissue available. There was also no response when asking about late check-out after the delayed check-in.

Close to the Colosseum, comfortable bed
The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything. The guests next door were shouting until 4 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. There was also a lot of noise coming from the street outside. In addition, the bathroom was shared between five rooms, which often meant having to wait

Great location, comfortable bed and pillows. Good Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets. There's plenty of storage space. Very close to the city center.
We chose a shared bathroom option for two rooms. Sometimes we had to wait for the bathroom to be available in the morning and evening. But that was our choice, not the hosts' fault.
