Casa di Roma is located in one of the most wonderful parts of Rome for a traveler, within walking distance of Termini train station, a metro stop, many of Rome's most illustrious attractions... But what I loved best about the neighborhood was how homey it felt. There are great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele hosts outdoor movie nights and dance parties, and the general vibe is local and congenial. Carlo is a wonderful host, available for recommendations, directions, and help at any time. The beautiful old building is in a quiet area, and the room was very comfortable. Thank you Carlo! I wish I could have stayed longer!

The kitchen and bathroom could use a deeper cleaning, but the sheets and towels are clean.

Struttura impeccabile: camere silenziose che garantiscono un riposo perfetto e pulizia profonda in ogni ambiente. Ottima illuminazione delle camere (finestra grandi), TV, condizionatore, scrivania/tavolo in camera, 2 armadi. L’acqua calda è immediata e la cucina comune è utilizzabile con microonde, forno, frigorifero, freezer, ecc. La posizione è strategica per spostarsi piuttosto comodamente, in zona tranquilla. Un plauso ai proprietari: gentilissimi, discreti e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Assolutamente consigliato.

Non è presente l'ascensore, quindi bisogna fare 2 piani di scale: questa è l'unica nota negativa attuabile, chiaramente non è colpa di nessuno, è solo una nota per le persone con problemi fisici di vario tipo o età. Non è comunque una cosa caratterizzante, anzi. Infine, parere soggettivo, il letto potrebbe essere più comodo (8/10), ma è comunque confortevole e permette un buon riposo

Price and Location There were 2 Conad Supermarket very near. There is BUS between FCO Airport and Roma Termini. House is 15 minutes walk to Roma Termini

It could be more comfortable and cleaner. I also recommend to provide Disposabla Sandals in House or Traveler should have one with himself/herself
