Great relaxed stay for a small family with a car

Calm place, with a sunny terrace, not far from Kitzbuhel city centre and mountain trails. The kitchen is well equipped.

Everything was good, nothing really to complain about. Just few things to note/improve: - it's cold inside in the evening (maybe because of the concrete floor), and you cannot regulate the heating yourself, so ask the host to increase the heating in advance - in the kitchen there is a Nespresso machine (thanks!), but no capsules. Would be great to have 2-3 welcome capsules, so you don't need to go to shop straight in the morning. - Internet connection is slow (but enough for a video call in low quality). Take your time to relax from the social networks :)

Gar nichts.

Im Badezimmer waren Silberfische. Das Chalet war ausgekühlt sehr kalt. Rund ums Haus viel Gebüsch und keine Sonne . Die Garage vorm Haus was man nicht benutzen konnte war furchtbar.

Enchanting place

We loved the location convenient for ski busses and shopping, yet peaceful, private and quiet, with sense of history and original features, spacious, warm and comfortable, very clean, well maintained and well presented. This is incredibly restful, enchanting historic chalet - properties of such character are hard to find as most rentals tend to be minimalist and ultra-modern. Huge bed, comfortable mattress, quality bedding, comfortable sofa, tv with all streaming apps, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, big fridge, good water pressure in shower, enough storage for everything, cosy underfloor heating. Communication with owners was excellent, detailed directions on how to find the house/keys and other information was e-mailed to us before arrival and self check-in was very easy. Although kitchen and bathroom are old style, everything worked very well.
