This is a functional house comfortable warm with great amenities. It definitely served its purpose!
The location is out of the town centre but easy to get to places and good parking. The size of the property and the layout and amenities are good. It is fair to say that it a no frills but clean warm and practical dwelling on the edge of town.
Instructions for the washer dryer and TV would be helpful

Close to where we wanted to be, very easy access and communication with the host, and very good value for money.

comfortable beds and good clean house,small touches like coffee,tea,hot chocolate and milk.Cooking oil and spices for adding for dinner.
This is not a criticism but just some attention to detail like toilet seat not fitted properly,flush handle stuck against wall and some creeky doors needing oiled.
