Aristocratic Apartment in the Heart of Perugia

This apartment feels very aristocratic, with its high ceilings, elegant furniture, and spacious rooms. It’s perfectly located in the heart of old Perugia—just a 2-minute walk to the cathedral and central square, with no need to climb hills or stairs. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, and communication with the host was excellent.

Perfect position and comfortable apartment

The property was exceptional. Situated on the ground floor in a former palace. Beautifully painted ceilings, well stocked and fantastic situation right in the heart of the Historic City. Michela the host was caring and flexible. Thank you

Was a little disappointed.

The parking is quite far from the residence and if you have luggage it’s hard to get to the property. The gps doesn’t work there well and we were driving in loops for quite some time before I asked the host to meet us and get us to the property. The place itself basically has one bedroom. The second bedroom is in a loft upstairs with very low ceilings. If you are tall, you have to bend to walk upstairs. The place has one toilet upstairs and two showers downstairs, which is pretty inconvenient if you travel with friends, you have to walk downstairs to take a shower. The host provided robes too small for an average man. For the price we paid we expected better.

Appartement de rêve dans une ville magnifique ! Tout est à sa place, arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Idéal pour une famille pour découvrir Pérouse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’emplacement, l’espace, la propreté, les équipements et Michaela tellement gentille et serviable

Vraiment pour dire quelque chose car c’était vraiment bien, le bruit de la clim du voisin dans la cour et l’odeur de cigarette dans la pièce.

Hartje centrum perugia in top en ruim appartement

Hartje centrum maar wel in rustig straatje. Geweldig lieve verhuurders die zorgden bij aankomst voor een parkeerplek midden in de stad.

Beter met twee kinderen dan met drie. Het is heel ruim maar mist een gezellig plekje. En geen buiten.

INDIMENTICABILE, PERFETTO

Soggiornare in questo appartamento è stata una vera e propria esperienza. Tutto il palazzo è molto bello e signorile, a pochi passi dal Duomo, posizione eccellente. Ho potuto assaporare tutte le vibrazioni di questo bellissimo centro storico. Marco e Michela host gentilissimi, una bella accoglienza e ci hanno raccontato la storia del Palazzo. Dentro c’era ogni cosa, ho apprezzato molto l’acqua lasciata in frigo, un succo di Arancia, gli accessori da bagno molto curati, le ciabattine, accappatoi… insomma un soggiorno perfetto. Quando tornerò a Perugia, sicuramente tornerò presso questa struttura. Consigliatissima!!
