This is a great flat in an amazing location. The hosts were great and we really appreciated the little touches like milk in the fridge and a small welcome gift. Beds are really comfy.

Nice welcome gesture of prosecco and cookies 😍👍Location, easy to get to places. Separate bedrooms with own bathroom a plus. Generous supply of toiletries much appreciated.
Lack of parking on site. A note of caution, the siting of Fire Blanket over where toaster is, can be a fire risk.

The location of the property is good for access to the local services and the railway station, easy access to the property using the key-cade from door and the lock box for the second door. Bathrooms were very clean. Joe kept us well informed about our stay and how to access the property.
The location means it is quite noisy into the night (we stayed on a weekend, this maybe different during the week) I think it is time the property invested in some new mattress's. The one in the downstairs room was very well worn and incredibly soft meaning you rolled together all night and the one in the upstairs room was like sleeping on a lump of wood. The carpets and soft furnishings could do with some deep cleaning as were very "grubby"
