I enjoyed my stay

The location is great

The water heater was not working properly but was fixed after arrival. There was not enough washing soap

A very convenient location and good value for a weekend stay seeing family.

The 2nd bedroom was a good size and gave our teenagers plenty of space and comfort. A well equipped kitchen. Great security using the Yale app for front door access.

Main bedroom a little on the small size. Lots of spiders in the property on arrival. We couldn’t get one of the lamps to work. Stains on the living room carpet but clean.

The only negative thing was the kettle seemed to stop working the last full day we were there.

Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend

This is a wonderful place to stay….. a home from home. It is clean and comfortable. Well equipped and near to the town. The bus stop was just up the road which, was convenient to take us to Bowness for the start of the Hadrian’s wall path! The communication and care shown by the owner was amazing. She went over and above to make sure we had everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Nice house on the edge of town.

Pleasant stay, nice house just on the edge of town, quiet area, easy enough to find. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, front room with tv and seating area. Outside area but that's probably more a summer thing. Very clean throughout

The key system was a bit complicated as had to download an app and use my smartphone to access the house. I did get the app to work but my friends didn't get it to work, so we only had one key.

A perfect home for a stay in Carlisle!

I was in contact with the owner Anna via WhatsApp and she always very helpful with all questions I had. The location was perfect as I had to work for 5 days at the nearby hospital (5 minutes walk). The home was nice and really cosy, everything spotless clean, the kitchen well equipped, so I had a releaxed stay. I do recommend the "Cosy Home" for anybody, who plans a longer stay in Carlisle.

Lovely and cozy

The property is immaculate, decorated lovely throughout. Very homely. Lovely selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. The host is amazing, only a message away if needed and replies very quickly. We will definitely book this property again when we are back in Carlisle.

Great location to stay in Carlisle

Very clean and spacious - was really impressed with how nice it all was for a rental.

Minor fixes ideally needed on the toilet seats and bathroom doors, low priority though as pretty much everything else is great for the most part.
