Well located apartment, in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac, a short walk from the City. Nothing too posh about this place, but clean, tidy and everything you need for a couple of nights for 4 friends to stay together in 4 separate rooms. Would recommend for anyone looking for a practical way to avoid chain hotels for a half the price!

Modern property. Parking outside. 4 separate bedrooms. Short walk into town. Comfortable beds. Nice communal area with tv . Kitchen well appointed .
Outside of property needs some tlc. Kerb appeal wasn’t great. Looks unloved
Smell of damp on entering. Water staining on skirting boards in downstairs bathrooms suggest previous water damage.Found wood lice on bed in basement. (Have video if wanted )Some black spot mould in upstairs bathroom.
Probably due to internal bathrooms and lack of ventilation. Was ok after windows were opened for a couple of hours .
Complimentary coffee looked like it had been in the coffee jar years.

There was parking for our two cars
Four bedrooms worked well for us as a family
Kitchen has most of what we needed for preparing breakfast each morning
House tucked tight in a dark corner at end of a small estate of similar properties . Street lamp outside not working. Area untidy and not very clean
It’s an upside down house , the heating was hit and miss, going off completely at 8pm the first night, however I emailed the company who reset the heating, which was remotely controlled
The beds were comfortable but the bedding was of poor quality. The headboards were peeling and need replacement really
