There was Asda next door

The was no clean towels. No clean bedding. Dirty bedding and towels all over the floors on each room. Has to buy my own bedding sheets towels and toilet roll

Not very nice

The accommodation was not clean, nothing like advertised on Booking.com, broken single bed with dirty sheets fire extinguishers out of date rubbish left outside in back garden, some of the window handles were broken no access to other reviews on booking.com

Absolutely shameful, shouldn’t be allowed on this website. Fraudsters.

Disgusting , beds stained and not touched since previous occupants. Nothing cleaned, empty vodka bottles and McDonald rubbish everywhere. Was promised a refund but I’m still waiting. Con artists! Scammers, filthy. Please don’t book here.

Ok property for one night.

Easy to get to. Lots of room choices.

No cleaning products for dishes. Smelled terribly like previous cooking, very strong scent. Broken bed in upstairs room which Left in a mess.

It was absolutely terrible got there went out to eat then went back to sleep as couldn't have a show

Garden was messy and tired fittings and door handles coming away showers very dirty no air conditioning which it clearly states in booking there was a fan above bed but that's not air conditioning as a party of 5 there was only 3 seats to sit on but worst of all fire doors were propped open with fire extinguishers bed side table and wedges the fire extinguishers were all out of test so not regularly serviced and no fire blanket in kitchen there was window latches broken off the windows there was also a broken bed in peices if the was to be a fire under the stairs where the hot water cylinder is situated we would not have a way to escape and get any air as most handles were broken I feel we should have some sort of refund as it definitely wasn't what we expected due to the description I have photos of all the points mention in this review the was also a dirty mop in the corner of the kitchen starting to smell i feel the place was tired and let go needs some attention very quickly

The property is located well short walk into Carlisle and nearby shops for essentials. Communication was very good.

The property does not look inviting. Does not make a good first impression. Check in is very late and fee to get in early seemed excessive.
