Nice and clean, well equipped and a good sized apartment with parking.
It’s nice but could be made better with some TLC / maintenance. For example the ensuit electric shower is faulty and scaled me, few things need replacing or repairing.

Spacious property, conveniently located for the city centre, in a peaceful area and with its own private parking. Comfortable beds, decent showers and a good modern kitchen and living area.
Two negatives about the property. It is not the sunniest of apartments and the fact that most of the double glazed units in the lounge and kitchen were steamed up reduced the enjoyment of the room. Additionally, if you are light sleeper, you should be aware that the area is something of a seagull roost, with a lot of very loud bird noise, especially at first light.

Easy walk to city centre. Did the job for the work trip.
Instructions to the front door need to be clearer especially when arriving in the dark. Needs more kitchen utensils. No mattress or pillow protectors in main bedroom. No pillow protectors in second room. Didn’t notice this until check out.
