We come to Carlisle a lot to visit friends so this place was perfect for us as we are out and about most the time.
Spacious, modern, clean, tidy. Normally stay in a hotel but thought would give the apartment side a go instead and more than likely will do this again instead of a hotel.
Everything was bang on! No complaints! Would stay again in the future.

Perfect location and great value for money!
Great communication on booking and on check in day. Cannot fault the service! Perfect location, minutes away from local supermarkets and pub, and a 10min drive from the city centre was ideal. The house was spacious, clean and tidy and exactly as expected from the pictures. A nice celebratory card and box of chocolates was a lovely personalised touch which was unexpected and meant alot.
It was perfect! A small bedside table to the left bedroom would have been ideal to save phone and drinks being on the floor or on the other side of the bed. However, that's nothing and just a little extra touch but wouldn't stop us staying here again!

Loved our short stay
I loved that we were notified on the day when The Flat was ready for us. Any messages were quickly answered. As we were taking our dog, they let us know where the bowls and bed were located, and they left some dog treats. Everything was clean and tidy. We found the beds clean and comfortable. Easy to locate and not far from shops and can have food/takeaways easily delivered if you need to. If I need to stay in Carlisle again, I will definitely stay here.
