Logan House, Modern and Spacious Townhouse close to City Centre

The property was spacious and well located for what we needed. It was bright and fairly clean

Unfortunately the right hand side of the king bed has totally worn out fortunately there is another single bed in the same room so my husband was able to sleep on that. We found a dirty pair of socks under the sofa, hair and pasta in the bath and the shower curtain really annoying!! Apart from those everything was fine and Andy was very helpful and friendly.

Well kept and convenient location.

The location was good. For people who want quick access to the city centre, this is perfect.

On arrival, the front gate to the house required a large shove to open. The back door to the house was actually unlocked on arrival too. The house itself was modern, but it was very unkept and dirty. It would benefit from some redecoration and more eye-for-detail. It requires DIY - there is a smashed light bulb behind the door to the upstairs, the bath plug was very difficult to release, the front gate requires some WD-40, the clock was broken, a few of the dining chairs had loose legs, the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom had collapsed into the underneath drawers and the window handle in this bedroom was also loose. In terms of cleanliness, it needed a good deep clean. The carpets needed shampooing as there was lots of staining. The kitchen cupboards had a musty smell. The paint was peeling off the walls. The dust on the skirting boards especially under the radiators and behind the fridge was thick. The window sill in the smaller bedroom was filthy. Housekeeping tips - some kitchen foil, cling film, a plastic jug, a voile on the living room window with respect to privacy, some extra tea towels and a washing up bowl and a sponge would be appreciated. 3 oven gloves??
