Amazing view & huge space

The view, The view, The view!! It’s amazing to look down on old town and also watch the fantastic sunsets! We decided not to waste money going up to the Panorama restaurant because we had the same view for free! The patio is incredible and seating is very comfortable. We just sat there with wine and marveled at the view! This is a HUGE apartment on 3 levels with 4 good sized bedrooms, 4 full en-suite bathrooms plus a toilet on main level with washing machine. Traveling with our 3 adult daughters this villa gave everyone their own space which was nice after sharing beds & sofa beds previously. The owner & manager were great to work with and communication was excellent, lock box for keys so easy upon arrival. The owners mother lives next door and is very sweet and welcoming and helpful! They had wine, water, coffee & sugar stocked as a nice welcome. The manager Ivana was great to work with and helped out when we had a slight issue with the WiFi. The steps down to old town are right next door, just a bit steep at the beginning but very easy to go down 5-10 minutes. Coming up is rough!😂 we made a rule we were only walking up once a day!! It’s well lit at night for walking back up. I would definitely rebook & do recommend staying here. Despite the few issues mentioned below.

The drive is blocked to the house, the temporary path is rough gravel (it’s not a long path) the temporary wooden stairs up are pretty wobbly thus making hauling luggage in and out a bit of a pain. Construction started on the drive in front of the house on our 2nd morning with equipment sitting in front of the patio (doesn’t obstruct the view at all) the ended work late afternoon so this didn’t effect enjoyment of the patio in the evening. The owners were very apologetic as they were not aware it would be going on. It was really just a nuisance more than anything but felt others should be aware. Hopefully they get the drive all finished and paved over soon as it would make getting in and out soooo much easier!
