Welcome to the EP7 building — a stylish three-apartment stay in central Athens, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, markets, and major historic sights, all within walking distance.
Thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility, each unit has its own private entrance and flexible bedding options, while all guests enjoy access to the rooftop terrace and shared laundry facilities located on the rooftop.
Spread across two levels, the building features one two-bedroom apartment on the first floor (stairs required) and two open-plan studio apartments at street level. Additionally this building offers 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.
The location, rooftop, and amenities make EP7 ideal for families or groups who want to stay together and still spread out.
Our EP7 building is located in Psirri, a central area of Athens. This location is one of the oldest housing communities of this ancient city.
The history of the place is long and colourful. It is now in the process of gentrification as lifestyle choices bring both poor and affluent side by side.
It's 5 minutes’ walk to the central fresh food market called Varvakios, to cafes, restaurants and bars. The street art is amazing!
You walk through small, interesting, winding streets to Monastiraki area. Once you reach the square you will get your first sighting of the Parthenon, perched on the Acropolis hill high above the old streets of Plaka. You can walk up to the Acropolis through the streets of Plaka.
The metro station at Monastiraki Square is a direct link to Athens International Airport and the main port of Piraeus.
Early check in or late check out.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.
Late check in.
For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.

Well located, clean and very nice. Area appears run down a bit at first but location is about three blocks away from lots of fun stuff. Support from owners getting transportation was very much appreciated.

Great communication with host and support during late check-in with a walk-through of the units. The layout worked well for our two family traveling crew. The rooftop deck was a great gathering place and also awesome for drying clothes. Location was amazing – walkable to great dining, shopping and not far of a walk to the Acropolis. Two metro stations nearby as well. Highly recommend – and we would stay again.

Everything thing is good about this place except for the street noise. This is close to many historical sites and in walking distance. We went from US and while we were trying to overcome jetlag, the street noise kept us from getting the necessary sleep. This may not be a problem for everyone.

Loved the property, separate spaces for people but a good communal area with the terrace. Location is great, near one of my favourite parts of Athens with loads of great bars and restaurants on site. Really easy, personal check in and were really accommodating to a couple of our requests. would definitely stay again.
