A Perfect Stay in wonderful Athens.

Everything about our stay was exceptional from initial contact to leaving. They were very thorough with instructions and gave a lot of suggestions of where to go/see/eat. Whole apartment was immaculate and it is in the most perfect location surrounded by some fun bars and places to eat. We walked everywhere from there. Without doubt we will return!

Excellent will definitely stay again!

An amazing apartment in the heart of historic Athens within walking distance to all major sites and great restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious,comfortable,super clean and sunny with a large veranda. Had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Anna and Efi were gracious hosts and arranged also the airport transfer and provided us with a guide of local spots.

Nice apartment & good location

Host Efi & Anna explain clearly how to enter the apartment, apartment rules before arrival & bonus with luggages storage. We booked 2 apartments.....very clean (good job for the cleaning lady), kitchen facilities complete & AC work good. Good location, good sound proof & strong wifi. Top roof night view are amazing facing Acropolis. Thank you to Efi & Anna

A compact and convenient Athens stay.

The property location was great and convenient to the places I wanted to visit in Athens. It’s a short walk to Plaka, Monisteraki, Acropolis and Parthenon and the Psyrii district is a great place to meander and enjoy cafes restaurants and some shopping.

A little difficult to locate initially Being asked to take your rubbish out to a rubbish drop off point 4-5min walk away.

Perfect location for foodie lovers getaway- restaurants galore !!!

Location was great surrounded by many restaurants & easy walk to Monastriaki sq & market for dining & shopping Very spacious rooms& balcony with ample seating for the 4 of us inside & outside very grateful for condiments supplied& 2 beers for the boys & water in fridge

most balcony plants were dead - not a good look ?? kitchen had oven & hotplates but a microwave would have been a great addition bedding would be greatly improved if had a mattress topper was all very clean

Very very central location with a view of the acropolis.

Extremely difficult to sleep every night due to party/club noise until 2/3am. Of course, this is not the accomodation’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind. Also, I suggest reaching out and asking for photos of your exact apartment as they are all different (and different sizes). Not a huge deal as the price was reasonable, but we were expecting a one bedroom apartment as per the listing but ended up with a studio.

Great location, great communication with the hosts, all went smoothly. Loved the modern style. Would happily return.

Water evacuation in the shower was a bit slow, but I understand that this is probably linked to the older sewage system - not really an issue.

Perfect location for exploring wonderful Athens.

Location could not be better. Acropolis views are wonderful and proximity to attractions and restaurants is fantastic. Efi our host was extremely friendly and responsive when we got in touch with any questions. Great value for money and perfect for a city break. Accommodation functional rather than luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you eat at the restaurant Atlantikon next door. Absolutely fabulous food at a great price. Highly recommend.

Location couldn‘t be better!

The location is great! This is my third time in Athens and this is by far the best location. All attractions are near by and you don‘t even need to use a metro. Ermou street is just behind the corner and you can reach a lot of bars and restaurants just in 3-5 minutes by foot. Efi is very kind and responsive. We got a bottle of wine as a gift.

Since we were in January, it was very cold. You have air condition in living room and in bedroom. However, is takes time until the apartment is warm. Same for bathroom. Our host brought us an extra heater. You have not unlimited hot water, so I would say once you have pressed the button for the hot water, it is enough for max . two persons to take a shower.

המיקום מצויין!! קרוב לארצו לכיכר מונסטרקי אזור מאוד שוקק בלילה. יש חנויות מגניבות. דקה הליכה מבית חבד ודקת הליכה ממסעדת שוק הכשרה. המארחים ממש ממש מקסימים ונתנו לנו מענה מהיר . יש בדירה מגהץ ופן מכונת קפה הכל במצב טוב. זה לא עכשיו דירת פאר. אבל ממש ממש עונה על הצרכים וזו תמורה נהדרת ביחס למחיר הסביר.

כאישה היה חסר לי בדירה מראת גוף והארון לאחסון בגדים אמרתי למארחת והיא אמרה שתטפל בזה אנחנו היינו זוג ולקחנו דירת 2 חדרי שינה וסלון אז השתמשנו בחדר השני כמקום איחסון.

Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en precies zoals beschreven. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Toplocatie! Alles was perfect geregeld voor een zorgeloze vakantie met alle benodigde voorzieningen. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Helaas hebben we minder van het terras kunnen genieten, omdat het appartement zich boven een bekend visrestaurant bevindt en de geuren buiten tussen 17:00 en 22:00 vrij sterk kunnen zijn. We zijn er zelf gaan eten en het is absoluut één van de beste visrestaurants van Athene. Houd hier wel rekening mee als je dit appartement voornamelijk voor het terras zou willen reserveren. Ondanks dit puntje zouden wij het appartement zeker aanbevelen!

Ein Ort an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt in einer traumhaften Stadt

Alles ist perfekt! Tolle Kommunikation, die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell, sauber, der Balkon ist riesig und gemütlich, Aufzug super praktisch. Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt, super Restaurants und Bars direkt um die Ecke, tolle Atmosphäre.

Die Lage ist nunmal super und sehr zentral im Ausgehviertel, das merkt man auch an der Lautstärke bis spät nachts (wir waren von Donnerstag - Sonntag da). Wenn man eher früher ins Bett gehen möchte, Earplugs mitbringen!

Un pied-à-terre charmant et idéalement situé pour profiter d’Athènes comme un local

Décoration soignée donnant immédiatement une sensation de confort. Deux chambres bien pensées et climatisées, grand balcon agréable, localisation idéale. On s’y verrait bien vivre.

Pas de vraie vue sur l’Acropole. En plein été, la salle de bain orientée plein soleil peut devenir assez inconfortable en journée, malgré la climatisation ailleurs dans l’appartement.

Centrale ligging, bedden kunnen (veel) beter

Compleet ingerichte keuken, warmwater 's ochtends snel op, ook een washok aanwezig. Centrale ligging. Redelijk rustige straat voor centraal Athene.

Bedden waren doorgezakt en twee bedden last van bedwantsen, op het balkon de geuren van de nabij gelegen restaurants.
