About this house rental
Our EP9 Building is a charming 1930s residence comprising 4 unique apartments across four different levels. Together, they offer 6 bedrooms, 4 kitchens, and 5 bathrooms, along with two green rooftop terraces accessible via an external metal staircase.
All apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities (linen, crockery, A/C, Wi-Fi etc.), though some amenities differ per apartment.
Apartment Layout
1. Apartment EP9B – Studio
• Located 2 steps below street level
• Sleeps 2 on a queen-size bed (or 2 singles) + 1 on a single bed
• Separate private access
2. Apartment EP9G – Two-Bedroom
• Elevated ground floor (8 steps to reach the apartment)
• Sleeps 4 in queen-size beds (both can be set up as singles)
3. Apartment EP9U – Two-Bedroom
• First floor (30 steps above street level)
• One bedroom with king-size bed, one with queen-size bed (both can be singles)
• Sofa bed in the living room
• Two full bathrooms (one en suite)
• Private balcony
4. Apartment EP9T – Studio
• Rooftop level (43 steps above street level via external metal staircase)
• Sleeps 2 on a queen-size bed
Varying Amenities
• TV: Smart TV’s in EP9B & EP9G. Standard TV in EP9U. No TV in EP9T.
• Washing machine: Available on the rooftop for EP9B, EP9G, and EP9T; EP9U has a washing machine inside the apartment.
• Dishwasher: Available in EP9U
• Microwave: Available in EP9U & in EP9T
Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.
Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
Early check in or late check out.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.

For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service (paid to the driver). If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.

We had a wonderful stay here! As a large group of friends, the property was perfect with the various apartments to give everyone their own space, whilst the rooftop garden was a great area for everyone to spend time together. The property was in a great location, easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see. The property managers were excellent with their communication and organised taxis to and from the airport for us. They even accommodated a late night change in the taxi time for the next morning and really put our minds at ease. I’d highly recommend this property to other large groups of friends or families!
