About this house rental
Our EP9 Building, a charming 1930s residence, comprises 4 separate and unique apartments, located on 4 different levels.
These 4 independent apartments offer 6 bedrooms, 4 kitchens and 5 bathrooms.
All apartments have Wi-Fi.
All apartments have access to the roof top terrace.
We provide necessary crockery and cutlery as well as linen and towels.
Apartment layout and more amenities:
1. Apartment EP9B: studio apartment situated 2 steps below street level. Sleeps 2 on queen size and 1 on single bed This apartment has a separate, private access.
2. Apartment EP9G: two bedroom apartment situated on the elevated ground floor. Sleeps 4 in queen size beds. This apartment is located 8 steps above street level.
3. Apartment EP9U: one bedroom with king size double bed and one bedroom with queen size double bed. One more person sleeps in the living room sofa bed. Two full bathrooms; one is en suite. The apartment is on the first floor, a total of 30 steps above street level.
4. Apartment EP9T: studio apartment situated on the roof top terrace of this building. Sleeps 2 on queen size bed. This apartment is located a total of 43 steps above street level. The main steps are via an external metal staircase.
All apartments, but the one on the rooftop terrace offer flat screen TV
Apartment EP9U (1st floor) additionally offers:
a. washing machine
b. dishwasher
c. microwave
d. private balcony
Apartments EP9B, G and T may use the washing machine located on the roof top.

Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
