Love the location of the property, the comfort of the beds and that there were ample towels, pillows and bed linen.

Nothing

Very clear communication in advance about access, including pics of the exterior, which was helpful. It's on a sketchy block about 100m from a very popular, buzzy area, and a short walk (7 min) from the metro station on Monastiraki Square (where there are great views of the Acropolis). While the graffitied exterior and very industrial feel of the building will put some people off, the interior was beautiful and spacious. Felt recently renovated. Amazing shower and lovely bathroom products. Also appreciated the small welcome gifts. Many restaurant choices are close by.

The major disappointment was that I wanted 2 separate beds since I was traveling with a friend, and unit 3 was set up more for a family, with one large, luxurious bed (great mattress!), and 2 tiny bunk beds that were in a room like a closet, not much bigger than the beds. Otherwise wonderful!
