About this apartment rental
Welcome to CT13, a combination of two apartments that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Cosy CT1 apartment on the 4th and top floor of the building sleeps up to 3 guests.
Artistic CT3 apartment on the 1st floor sleeps up to 7 guests.
Both apartments have balconies and access to a roof top terrace that has a lovely view of the Parthenon.
Both apartments offer free WiFi, flat screen TV’s, washing machines and A/C’s (used for cooling and heating).
Apartment layout
Apartment CT1 sleeps 2 in the queen size double bed in the bedroom and 1 more in the living room / kitchen (day bed).
Apartment CT3 sleeps 2 in the king size double bed (can be set up as 2 singles) in the bedroom and 5 more in the large living room/ kitchen.
2 people sleep in a king size bed (can be set up as 2 singles) and 1 on a single bed (these beds are separated from the rest of the living room / kitchen with a roll top).
2 more people sleep in the living room / kitchen on 2 single sofa beds.
Additional info:
• One of the 2 bathrooms in apartment CT3 is en suite
• Apartment CT3 also has a dish washer and a dryer.

The apartments are located in Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri), a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens, known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still hosts some traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and neoclassical charm.
It is just minutes away from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri sits right next to Plaka, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.

The apartments were ideal for a family wedding, spacious and airy with helpful staff. Great location near Monastiraki and Costas was especially helpful.
