Excellent location and value for money

The location was excellent, you couldn’t get more central - and yet we didn’t hear traffic noises. The room was spotlessly clean and the welcome snack box was a nice touch.

Getting into the building/room the first time was a little convoluted and the bathroom was quite cramped and difficult to move around in.

Great accommodation at the city center

The location is exceptional! The street where the accommodation is located is very beautiful, with a lot of cafés, bars and restaurants. You are in the city center, close to all touristic sites and streets. The parking lot (not a garage) is very close (3 min. walking), which is very good if you are coming to Athens by car. The hosts are very organized, pleasant and helpful, and respond very quickly to all inquiries. There is a self-checkin with detailed instructions. The apartment has everything you need, air conditioning, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, fridge, small kitchen etc. We did not have problems with the noise from the bars below (we stayed during the weekend), as the windows were facing to the opposite side.

The view from the windows was to a small space between buildings, however we were out all day so this was not a big issue for us.

Decent accomodation

It was in the center of Athens,near monastiraki.we walk all around the center easily.nearby metro station.toillete was clear and good designed with all the necessaries.i really liked that they corporate with several restaurants for breakfast!!we really enjoyed The frogs bar.

It was in the center of Psyrri, meaning automatically noisy.they provided earblocks,around two music and noise stops so its not so heavy. the cleaning lady forgot to put us extra two coffee capsules for the next day,and i didnt manage to rich her in the facilities to ask her.i also spotted some dirt on the glass table next to me.Finally the bed was a bit soft for our taste.but in guidelines it was a decent accomodation!

Great place - would have loved to stay longer

Design seems to have changed since we where there. We had no „Graffiti“, but it looks good. The location was amazing, everything was top level and the Checkin well organized.

The Checkin better be „well organized“…many codes and doors to unlock, but if you follow the instructions it’s fine.

It promised nothing and delivered everything

A very tasteful and finely decorated place. With everything in order and at your fingertips, impeccable crockery, everything very clean and organized, a bathroom with a perfect shower. I highly recommend this place. It is close to everything. I came back from Mount Olympus walking through the neighboring neighborhood of Plaka, where we had a glass of wine on the rooftop with a view of Mount Olympus.

Very good location in Athens

Location is excellent.walk to Acropolis ,Acropolis museum and Archeological museum. Out the door turn Left side , lots of good food and relaxing restaurants… no cars …Manager Maria was very friendly and fast responds for your any request . Very happy to stayed here.

Location was very good, the staff was helpfull , even ıt was a mistake done by digital assistance service regarding the breakfast and can really happen anytime , Ms maria the manager offered us a compilmentory breakfast indeed she does not have to. Overall the helpfull staff was the extra bonus for this lovely place

Perfect location

Really easy to get into the apartment with instructions sent. Bed was super comfy. Apartment was spotless. Loads of places to eat a stones throw away. 10 minute walk into the main square.

Only downside is the toilet kept getting stuck and continuously running unless you did 2x half flushes to get it to stop…annoying but didn’t ruin the break.

Was a little difficult to sort sort out how to get in the unit but did manage with some help. Bathroom was a bit small and not much room to get in and close door.

Our stay was close to perfect

The location was superb and the room was spacious and clean. It was awfully nice to find a small compliment in the room in the end of the busy day full of travel and the toilet necessities we’ve found in the bathroom turned out to also very useful.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but I’ve certainly felt that the bathroom was not particularly ergonomic. I would just recommend the owners if they want to be just perfect introduce some changes into the bathroom design, such as move a bit some hooks in the bathroom, raise the sink a little bit and add the towel rail. But again this didn’t spoil our impression from staying the room. The early checkout (10:00 am) however was not particularly pleasant. However we’ve arrive very late in the evening so I not know if perhaps the early check-in compensates for that ;) If it does then I guess you can just ignore this passage of mine ))

I would stay here again without thinking twice.

This place is awesome! They gave a little gift of Greek snacks, they made the pull-out sofa for our child, and they accommodated our request to hold luggage outside of our hours. They are incredibly responsive as well. They had a TV with Netflix already set up and logged in for us. Our child enjoyed the colored led lights and automated window shade.

Everything would be perfect , but doors to the apartment are not sound proof . It is issue when the neighbours are going to the party and they are loud . I would consider price as well . I paid less due to level 3 and then I can say good price , without discount I would not chose the apartment. I am travelling all around the world and I slept in many apartments, hotels and for better conditions I paid less . I also paid more , but for higher standards.

Good location, big clean room but very small bathroom

- very good location - room was big - kitchen well equiped with a lot of appliances and utensils - we didn't meet the owner but always replied quickly to our messages - they stored our bags/luggage after late check-out - small welcome gift with local pastries

- pillows and bed / mattress is too soft, not confortable - bathroom really small - toilet lid didn't hold up, always falling on our back when sitted

Extremely noisy. No sleep before 3am. The key entry device on main door is hard to see, hard to reach. The key key delivery box is hard to reach, hard to operate. I sat for hours because I couldn't make it work.

Absolutely great location in the heart of Athens, beautiful, clean and comfortable room, easy check-in and check-out, welcoming little snack and fresh water in the fridge on arrival.

A little loud at night time but earplugs really help for light-sleepers. If they provided us with breakfast for the price in the morning, it would have been the perfect stay.
