Welcome to our beautifully renovated (Summer 2024) 5-bedroom house in Neos Kosmos, just minutes away from the Acropolis and the city center. This spacious 190 m² property combines modern comfort with a prime location, making it an ideal choice for families, groups, and business travelers looking to enjoy Athens in style.
The house consists of two independent apartments within the same building, offering both privacy and flexibility for groups of up to 12 guests. The ground floor apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The first-floor apartment offers three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bright and comfortable living room with additional sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Both spaces are thoughtfully designed, bright, and fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Guests can also enjoy the outdoor areas, including a private roof garden, balconies, and a backyard with outdoor furniture perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.
The property is fully equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, two washing machines, and fresh linens and towels for all guests. Every detail has been arranged to provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Located in the vibrant and safe neighborhood of Neos Kosmos, the house is just a one minute walk from the metro and tram, allowing quick and easy access to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, and the Athenian Riviera. Location was fantastic, around 1 mile from the Parthenon and great shopping within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and great for family stay. There are separate apartments which would’ve been nice to know in the booking description however each apartment had a bathroom and kitchen which was really nice. Everything was clean and well cared for. Our favorite spot was the rooftop.

We rented all three apartments for our group of 12 and worked well. Just a couple issues. For both two bedroom apt which each had 5 people, only 2 rolls of toilet paper. One two bedroom had only a dish cloth and no dish towel. The other had neither. One had lots of silverware and the other barely had any. It worked since we could use each others. No mirrors other than in bathroom. All and all it was a nice stay. Supplies could be a little better.

The customer service we received was second to none, absolutely outstanding.
We had to share the kettle with the upstairs apartment. Other than that, everything was great.

I was pleased that the property letting agents tried to to help rectify the problems we encountered.
The property is tired and far from the luxury described. The bathrooms in all flats are not clean and there is mould in all of them. The sift furnishings are stained and the dinning chairs last there best. The kitchens are not properly resourced and we had to ask for a kettle and basics such as a sharpe knife and bread knife. I realise that the agents did try to help us but the accommodation is in need of a general upgrade. It is not what UK or US visitors would be happy with. We made the best of it but it needs ether a more accurate description or to have further upgrading. Alison
