Wow, wow, wow! An incredible stay in a lovely hotel run by incredible people.
Summary - Beautiful rooms, clean, well maintained, well thought out, amazing hosts, perfect location, quiet area at night. Would recommend this hotel to anybody (we already have!) and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we eventually return to Athens!
Konstantinos got in touch a few days before we were due to travel to confirm times and even went so far as to detail the different travel options from the airport (including the timetable and a map and photos to help navigate from the metro from the hotel).
Upon arrival the very friendly Yiannis was waiting to provide a lovely warm welcome, followed a tour of our stunning room with acropolis view and the even better view from the rooftop. Yiannis also gifted us a bottle of wine which was enjoyed on the roof with the stunning view.
Konstantinos checked in on us daily, we had a small issue with another resident shouting in the hallway and slamming doors (not a reflection on the hotel at all, we didn’t hear a peep from the other guest) but this was quickly sorted following a text to Konstantinos. He even found an earring I lost on the stairs and made sure to get it back to me.
Yiannis checked us out on our final day and stored our luggage while we explored, he then let us rearrange our luggage and use the toilet before heading to the airport - he also checked the timetable and recommended which metro to get on.
The hotel is in a lovely area, and with low traffic so it is quiet at night. We frequented the outdoor area of a bar/ restaurant in the square below frequently but were spoilt for choice in the surrounding area, we were also easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see other than when we went down to Piraeus which was easy on the nearby metro (simple 5 minute walk).

Everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel in great location. Very clean and comfortable. Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Athens! We also loved the rooftop patio.
