Great location and view of acropolis

Staff accommodated my early arrival and checked me into my room so I could nap before a tour. The room was clean with nice toiletries and had a great view of the Acropolis. Breakfast and a later nightcap at the restaurant on the top floor also had great views. However what I value the most was the hotel’s location such that we were 10-15 minutes walking distance from everything.

The reception area is very small and can only accomodate one checkin ... leaving bags is not easy.
The room we booked was with a view of the accropolis and what we got was a partial view at best, a large structure was blocking the view, make sure you get a very high floor if you want an unobstructed view. The restaurant on the terrace is not associated with the hotel and the prices are very expensive.. but Athens in general is overpriced for food.
The desk staff were very helpful and did their best with the facilities they were given.
This was a very expensive stay and I would look elsewhere if you are going to pay the money they are asking.
