    We enjoyee our stay, because the location is perfect, close to market, restaurants and famous the little kook, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpfull, rooms modern, great view, breakfast we liked as well, close to metro station

    The city view from their premium room. Unacceptable

    Leaking toilets in both rooms given to us for triple share room. Fridge stopped working on second day. Aircon didn’t cool and when reported night staff couldn’t do anything but to to give us a standing fan. Breakfast decent. Maintenance staff often forget to place amenities in the room. Some night receptionist don’t know what s goin on and rude namely a young night receptionist. Morning receptionists Ellie is the only one who knows whats goin on. After collecting 2 euro for room tax the next day receptionists claims not paid and trying to collect again. Absolutely bad room . Not worth for the &. I wonder how did this hotel gained 9 rating seriously.
