    The room we received did not match the one we booked or the photos shown online. It felt much smaller and lacked the features we expected. To address our concern, the hotel gave us a complimentary drink voucher. However, when we tried to use it at the rooftop restaurant, we were told after our meal that it was only valid until 6:00 PM and only with a different menu—conditions that were never explained when the voucher was given. It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience. The issue was never about the value of a free drink. It was about transparency, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we expected from this hotel.

    Great location (near Metro), awesome rooftop bar (best view in Athens), incredible BREAKFAST.... !!! Would stay here again if I return to Athens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 STARS!!!
