Friendly and lovely host Mandy, the location of the boutique accommodation, the rooftop area for relaxing breakfast
Soundproofing can be better but I am a deep sleeper so not too bothersome

Our host, Mandy, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She ensured our entire stay was handled stress-free for my wife and my stay.
The room was modern with a nice patio with a lot of plants and trees...the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of HOT water with good pressure.
The hotel is located just a cpl blocks from the Acropolis subway stop and Museum, with plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.
Nothing! I wish we had time to spend more time in Athens so we could fully explore the area more.

It’s located right bang in the middle of everything. Very convenient to walk to all the sites and lovely rooftop with view of the Acropolis. Room was smaller than expected but has everything you need. The tiny balcony was a lovely addition however with only one chair - would have been perfect if they added another chair as there is definitely space for two chairs.
The plaster on the wall of the room we were in (Vesta) was peeling off a bit but not a big issue. The sofa bed was right next to the room door, such that each time we open the door the sofa bed was in full view to the public. It was very comfy but we were not comfortable letting our little one sleeps there on her own. To be fair, the property only has a few rooms so not expecting lots of people walking around in the hall way. Noise level can be a bit loud due to the proximity of the rooms and the era of the building but can’t be help.
